Turkey nuggets in an air fryer

Ingredients

Turkey fillet 600g
Marinade:
Soy sauce -50-70 ml
Grain mustard -0.5-1h l
Grill poultry seasoning to taste 0.5 tsp
Olive oil 1-2 tbsp. l.
Breading:
corn flour 1-2 tbsp. l
semolina 1 tbsp. l.
you can add a little paprika, more for color

Cooking method

  • I cook the marinade in a bag and marinate meat in the same place, it's more convenient for me, I marinated the meat for about a day (it happened), 4-5 hours is enough.
  • In a separate bag I prepared a mixture for breading, pieces of meat in this bag, shaken everything well and voila all pieces of meat in breading. Fast and without unnecessary dirty dishes.
  • AF preheated, cooked pieces at a temperature of 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

Yes, right.

Tan, I decided to try your breading. But only on chicken legs. And this is what I did

I called them Rostix. I hope you're not offended.
The next time I'll take off my skin, otherwise it will shrink. Baked in an airfryer. I will definitely try it in the air fryer too. Maybe even in the form of nuggets. Because I liked the breading. The only thing is that I either won't add semolina at all, or I'll take a finer grind. Mine seemed a bit big. But overall it was delicious. The kids grumbled those legs with pleasure.

Ksyusha, I'm glad the kids liked it. She took the breading according to Nigella Lowsen's recipes (oh, and I like this auntie)

A, Tan, so what's up. Apparently they have a completely different semolina. But I'll take a small one, otherwise I usually take for larger curds.

(I really like this auntie too)

Yeah, try smaller, I often take MacFa, she is yellow and with the letter T.
I tried it in starch, mine didn’t like it, my son said, very dry breading and no more.
