Cake without baking Biscuit cake

Ingredients

The foundation:
Biscuits 500 g
Cream:
Milk 2 p.
Butter 100 g
Sugar 2 glasses
Vanillin 1/2 tsp
Flour 8 Art. l. with a slide

Cooking method

  • Cream:
  • I made half a portion of the cream. I needed 1 liter of cream for 500 g of cookies, although the recipe indicated 2 liters. If you are not very fond of sweets, add less sugar !!!! You can exactly half.
  • Dissolve flour in 0.5 liters of milk. Place the rest of the milk in a saucepan on the stove top. Pour in sugar, stir until dissolved, cook until milk boils. As soon as the milk has boiled, reduce the heat and pour in the flour mixture in a thin stream, stir constantly until the cream thickens and begins to gurgle. Add vanillin and butter, stir until the butter is completely dissolved in hot cream and set aside.
  • Assembly:
  • Now we take a container, plastic or glass, as you wish. Next, put the cookies, fill them with hot cream 1.5-2 cm higher, put the cookies again and so on until the cookies run out, the last layer should be cream. Decorate with biscuit crumbs on top. We leave it in the refrigerator overnight and the cake is ready. In this case, the cake will have to be removed from the container with a spatula. If you want the cake to have its usual look, then cover the container with cling film, then after hardening, turn it onto a plate and remove the film. Bon Appetit!

The dish is designed for

8-10 servings

Time for preparing:

30 minutes

Note

A very common cake in Bulgaria (as the Internet promises), and also delicious and easy to make!

I did half a portion of the cream. I had enough for 500 grams. cookies, although the recipe says 2 liters.
Something I did not quite understand these measurements: how to measure cookies in liters? Or, nevertheless, milk in grams?

So because of the principle of preparation, I posted this clip here. And what she pours there - one can only guess, not knowing the language. It seems that she cooked custard pudding there.

Thanks for the link! And what's incomprehensible: a cream of 2 pudding bags and 1 liter of milk + butter, top cream, whipped cream with coffee flavoring or liqueur, like. For me, it will be even tastier with pudding, besides there are different puddings: choco and caramel and creamy. In general, thanks for the link!

To me, the cream tastes like pudding just like that. You can try with pudding and milk, believe me, milk is very tasty, and more natural,
here to each his own. If you wish, you can even pour cream from sachets, it seems to me

We did this in childhood, only we had curd cream. It turned out something similar to glazed curd cheese with cookies.

So pudding is also milk, just boiled with cornstarch, and not flour, as in your recipe, so it is no less natural

Ilona, can I have such a recipe ???

It's strange that they completely forgot about the recipe ... The cake is very easy to make, a minimum of effort, you don't even need to cool the cream! And it turns out delicious, light and tender, similar in structure to a pudding dessert! Most for the summer, no baking! The taste will depend on the chosen cookie, you can do it with any type of Jubilee, and with oatmeal. I like it more from the lingering cookie. This time I made Kuhmaster "Petit Beurre" from cookies. Half a portion of the cream (for 1 liter of milk) took 2 packs of cookies, 170 g each. I sprinkled the layers of cocoa cookies, sometimes sprinkled with cinnamon.
