Pizza closed after the holiday

Ingredients

Yeast dough:
Flour / s 260 g
Water 150 g
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 0.7 tsp
Filling:
Slicing meat / sausage 200 g
Slicing cheese / cheese 100-150 g
Pitted olives handful
Pickled onions 1-2 heads
Sun-dried tomatoes 2-3 st. l.
Any mushrooms (boiled, fried, pickled) 3 tbsp. l.
Pineapple slices 3 tbsp. l.
Sauce:
Tomato paste 3 tbsp. l.
Garlic 2-3 cloves
Salt 1 tsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • After a stormy feast, something always remains unfinished. And it seems that everyone is already full and drunk, but you want something else! And somehow there is no special desire to cook something new. Then the question of recycling yesterday's snack can be easily solved by collecting all the half-eaten slices and making a pie like a closed pizza.
  • We put the yeast dough to knead in a bread maker, and during this time we will prepare a quick sauce.
  • Mix the tomato paste with dry basil (I didn't have a fresh one), grind the garlic with salt, add olive oil, mix everything and dilute with water until the consistency of liquid sour cream.
  • Divide the matched dough into 2 parts.
  • We roll out one part on a baking sheet and start throwing the remains from yesterday's table onto it.
  • put cold cuts (sausage can also be disposed of), on top of it we put sun-dried tomatoes, chopped olives, pickled onions, pour over with sauce and sprinkle with cheese and herbs:

  • We cover everything with the second part of the rolled dough and put in the oven.
  • Bake over medium heat until golden brown and dry splinters.
  • Pizza closed after the holiday
  • Enjoy your tea party! And the food was not lost and we are fed up, drunk!
  • Pizza closed after the holiday

Note

If there is no sauce, or you really don't want to make it, then you can do without it, but then significantly increase the amount of cheese!

I just didn't understand where to put the sauce? Does it go separately or do they still need to lubricate the dough?
Vasilica
In the third photo, the sauce is visible under the cheese

And in the filling they also did not indicate cheese ... And how do you pickle onions? Or maybe not pickled ?!
Alicia
It is something!!! You will not pass by! To bookmarks!

We have already "utilized" everything and ate it !!! Now it's your turn if there is still something to "dispose of"!

I just made this yummy yesterday "in the night" ... I didn't find dried tomatoes in stores (it's a rarity here), I don't like olives ...

Only about the onion you did not answer ... what is this pickled onion?

Oh, I'm sorry. Pickled onions, but any can be used. We stayed in the form of a snack - cut into rings, then seasoned with vinegar, sprinkled with sugar and let it stand for an hour or two! It turns out a sweet spicy onion. But, if there is no such thing, then you can simply cut into rings and scald with boiling water - also an option
And I myself close the sun-dried tomatoes in the fall every year, we go nowhere without them !!!

Do you mean rolling it up?
I have always believed that they do not last long.
Can I have a recipe?
Ilona
We have a bunch of recipes on the forum, but if there is no such, I will post it, only a little later.

There are many recipes. But they are all just for storage in the refrigerator. And this is not very convenient for me. I did not find a method for rolling up.
Please give a link if you know where this topic is.

Great !!! And at first I didn't want to paint the dough recipe, I just wanted to write - yeast and that's it!
Glad you liked it, eat to your health!
Ilona
Oh ... the link is in my head)) I'll post it later, ok? Now is still not the season.
