Oyakodon (Japanese chicken) and optionally Chinese chicken (Brand 37501 multicooker)

Ingredients

a hen 500 gr.
bow (medium heads) 2 pcs.
soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
honey 1 tbsp. l.
egg (for oyakodon) 1 PC.
parsley (for oyakodon) taste
rice for garnish

Cooking method

  • I thought for a very long time how to name the recipe, because I found cooking options for the Chinese version ... I often make the Chinese version, because the taste of eggs with parsley does not change much.
  • Switch on the "Extinguishing" program for 20 minutes. Pour soy sauce into a multicooker saucepan, add honey. Bring the sauce to a boil, add the onion, fry a little and add the chicken. Switch on the "Baking" mode for 20 minutes (after 10 check and stir). Or you can cook on the "Braise" mode for 30 minutes. Then the chicken will give juice and there will be more sauce and the chicken is softer. Chicken in Chinese. Now we proceed to the Japanese part: 5 minutes before readiness, drive an egg into a mug, beat it with a fork and pour it over the chicken. Sprinkle with parsley. Bon Appetit!

The dish is designed for

Note

We decided to add an additional holiday to our calendar this year and celebrate the new year in Chinese. It was a rehearsal. You can celebrate it too! This holiday is interesting in that it does not have the usual Christmas tree, garland, it is not celebrated on January 1st .... The New Year in China is fundamentally different from the calendar we are accustomed to, if only by the fact that every year the time of its celebration falls on different dates. For example, last year it was January 18, this holiday will already be celebrated on February 7. This is due to the fact that the New Year in China begins on the first spring new moon, and therefore it is not tied to the change of the date in the calendar, but directly depends on the movement of our companion Moon. And of course, like all peoples of the world, the Chinese have many traditions, signs and superstitions associated with this holiday ...

Today is a holiday, I have prepared food! And all the same, I’m still playing a chicken, for myself, my beloved!
