Ingredients

escalops or chops 7 pcs.
carrot 1 PC.
onion 1 large head
Bulgarian pepper 1 PC.
salt taste
pepper taste
mayonnaise 50 ml.
cheese 50 gr.
green onion for strapping
vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Beat off escalopes, salt and pepper. Finely chop the onion, carrot, pepper, fry, cool. Cut the cheese into large cubes. Place fried vegetables and a few cheese cubes on each escalope. Gather the ends of the escalope to make a pouch and tie it with threads or a strip of a baking bag. Put the bags on a baking sheet, grease each bag with mayonnaise and place in a preheated oven.Pork Chops Christmas Bags Bake until tender (we baked at 220 degrees for about 30 minutes).
