Curd pudding Magic

Ingredients

apples 3-4 pcs.
sugar 120 g
water 2 tbsp. l.
drain oil 30 g
vanilla sugar 0.5 tsp
cottage cheese 1 kg
eggs 4 things.
sugar 9 Art. l.
flour 10 tbsp. l.
semolina 6 tbsp. l.
salt pinch

Cooking method

  • Prepare curd dough. To do this, knead the curd with a fork, add eggs. Mix. Add salt, sugar, semolina. Stir well again. Gradually adding flour, knead a thick dough.
  • Wash the apples and cut into large slices. Grease the bottom of the multicooker dish. Put the apples into a mold.
  • Prepare the sugar syrup. To do this, pour 3/4 of a multi-cup of sugar into a saucepan, add 2 tbsp. l. water and 1 tsp. vanilla sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, to dissolve the sugar. Remove from heat, add 30 grams of butter. Stir until smooth.
  • Pour the resulting syrup over the apples. Put the curd dough on top of the apples.
  • Bake in a multicooker in the “Baking” mode for 120 minutes. Then let cool slightly. Turn the pudding out of the mold onto a plate. Golden apples are on top. When flipped, some of the apple wedges may fall off the cake or stick to the baking dish. But if you tweak them a little and allow to cool, then they will keep their shape, forming a beautiful shiny composition due to the frozen sugar syrup. At the end, you can put it in an airfryer or ventilated oven on the strongest heat for 10 minutes, so that the apples are slightly covered with a crust, but this is at your discretion, as you like.

Alicia is it a casserole or pudding? If the pudding, then whipped protein is usually introduced into it.
Alicia
Leschka, it's more of a pudding, because it turns out very tender. But according to the original recipe, eggs are added that way. I think if you add whipped it will only get better!

And I also cooked such a casserole! On the multicooker it is called "Curd pudding with caramelized apples". Very, very tasty, but I have been making it for a long time according to a slightly modified recipe by the same author.
Alicia
yes, I took it from there! This is my favorite dish!
Vasilica
Have you tried the second option? Much softer and lighter, there is no flour, and 2-3 apples are rubbed into the curd mass. And I don't cook syrup. I grease the bowl with butter, apples with slices, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, pieces of butter on top (very little, less than according to the recipe), I do not add water. Top with curd mass and for baking. This is our family's favorite casserole!

I will definitely try to do just that tomorrow! Today, in the old fashioned way, my toon is already baking!)

Magic Curd Pudding

Baking 60 min. at Baking. On three packs of cottage cheese she put three eggs and a quarter of a multi-glass of semolina. Salt, sugar, raisins to taste. I did not put flour and water at all.

A beautiful recipe! And baking for 2 hours is not a lot?

I personally have not tried it, but as stated in the previous section. response, 60 minutes is enough.

The fact is that exactly 2 times less ingredients were used in the original recipe, that is, by 500 grams. cottage cheese needs 60 minutes of baking. But it turns out a very small pudding, and because it is incredibly tasty, it flies away in 2 minutes. Therefore, I take 1 kg. cottage cheese and somehow decided that time is also needed 2 times more. Again, as it turns out in the previous review, 60 minutes is quite enough. Good luck!

And if, at the end, in the oven (preferably with ventilation) or in the airfryer on the strongest fire for 10 minutes, then the apples on top become truly caramelized and crispy!

Today I tried to bake 60 minutes. I obviously didn't have enough! I began to get it, all the pudding fell apart. I had to collect and bake already in the oven. So I'm better off as before, 2 hours!
BlackHairedGirl
Alicia But you can't touch it right away, it's very gentle! I cooled it in a slow cooker with the lid open, until warm. I got it out normally, nothing fell apart. And on the second day I got even stronger. Has burned countless times already! Last times - with caramel. but I did it purely on semolina, I like it better.

And I baked very, very many times, but I always took it out with ease. But for the sake of saving time and electricity, I'll still listen to you!) I'll try again instead of 120 minutes. put 60 and cool. Let's see what happens this time
Alicia
Indeed, an hour of baking was enough. And all that had to be cooled a little ...

Only here crispy caramel does not work out in this situation, either apples give a lot of juice, or the syrup needs to be boiled more ...

Try to keep it in the oven with the ventilation turned on or the airfryer (which you have in stock), just not at the highest temperature, so that the apples do not burn.
I have straight crusts!
BlackHairedGirl
I'll try it on the grill in the microwave, thanks

Thank you very much for the amazing recipe, the deliciousness is extraordinary. I did half the size. Only apples were poured with ready-made maple syrup. Sooooo cool. Om-Nom-nom...
