Our milk has warmed up on the stove, now we mix it with the activity, for whom it does not mix well, beat with a mixer.
The jars must be prepared in advance, they must be clean and dry.

Still, I want to note that the smaller the jar, the thicker the yogurt.
We pour our future yogurt into jars. Cover the jars with lids on top (do not twist)

Next, put a napkin / towel or silicone mat on the bottom of the bowl.

We put jars of yogurt. We fill the bowl with warm water to the level of milk in jars. I also had 41 ° C water (let me remind you that I measured it with an ordinary thermometer)
We close the lid. We turn on the "heating" on the clock, we note 15 minutes. You can add another 5 minutes. After 15-20 minutes, turn off the multicooker and leave for an hour.

An hour later, turn on the "heating" again for 15-20 minutes. Then we turn it off and again do not touch it for an hour.

Here I want to invite you to experiment, put a couple of jars in the refrigerator, leave a couple of jars in a slow cooker until morning.
