Pork satsivi

Ingredients

fatty pork 500gr.
onions 300gr.
shelled walnuts 200gr.
cilantro 3 twigs
garlic 1-2 cloves
corn flour 1 tbsp. l.
hops-suneli 1h l.
paprika, wine vinegar, cinnamon, cloves and salt taste

Cooking method

  • Cut fatty pork into small pieces, put in a saucepan and fry well with chopped onions.
  • Crush or mince the peeled walnuts, add cilantro, garlic, salt and paprika crushed together, add cornmeal, dilute with 6 cups of water, pour into a saucepan with roasted pork and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
  • 5 minutes before readiness add crushed cilantro seeds, dry suneli, ground cinnamon and cloves, wine vinegar and salt.
  • Cool ready satsivi, put on a dish.
