Lamb chops with mint butter

Ingredients

lamb steaks (30g each) 8 pcs
butter 50 g
fresh mint + dried (optional) bundle
vegetable oil for frying 20-30 g
soy sauce for soaking 30-50 g
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • It turns out that you can cook soft, juicy lamb in 20 minutes without making it tough.
  • For this:
  • 1. Cut the meat into small steaks for chops. Lightly beat off pieces of lamb on both sides. I used thigh meat.
  • 2. Marinate meat in soy sauce for 1-2 hours.
  • 3. Prepare mint oil.
  • Combine finely chopped mint leaves with softened butter.
  • 4. Fry the meat in vegetable oil, sprinkle with mint (mine is dry) for 8-10 minutes on each side.
  • Lamb chops with mint butter

Good health, Irishka!
Happy to you!
The meat actually turns out to be dietary and I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to stew it additionally. At the same time, the husband walked in circles and lamented: "Oh, it will be solid ..."
And then he ate with oh-oh-very round eyes!
