Ingredients

Brewed coffee 50 ml
Cream 200 ml
Gelatin 10 g
Water 50 ml
Sugar 4 tbsp. l.
Oatmeal sponge cake 150-200 gr.

Cooking method

  • This recipe arose from the need to dispose of excess coffee and biscuit.
  • Oatmeal biscuit left from "Cream in chocolate". There you can see the recipe for the biscuit. Crumble the biscuit.
  • Dissolve gelatin in water.
  • Lightly beat the cream with sugar. Pour in coffee and gelatin. Pour the mixture into a mold. Pour out the crumbled biscuit.

Cream ... any you can ... I also disposed of cream. If 20-22%, then it will beat better and will be with bubbles, the dessert will turn out to be softer. I had 10%. It turned out to be plump.
