Pork in a multicooker Scarlett SC 411

Ingredients

Pork (ham) 1.5-2 kg
Garlic 1 head
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce 1 tbsp. l.
Lemon 1 PC.
Pepper mix
Salt

Cooking method

  • Soak the meat in a brine of water and salt for several hours (I leave it all night). I pierce all the meat with a knife so that it is better "salted" and saturated with liquid. We take it out of the water, make deep punctures with a knife and press a piece of meat with garlic. Next, prepare a marinade from lemon juice, soy sauce, mayonnaise and a mixture of peppers. We leave it for another couple of hours (I had it all day). That is, it took me a day for the whole marinating process. Putting the meat in the MV bowl Pork in a multicooker Scarlett SC 411 and fry until golden brown on all sides. Next, set the "Extinguishing" mode for 2 hours. We do not add any liquid.Pork in a multicooker Scarlett SC 411

I did not observe any clear ratio due to the fact that few people like "salted" ... I did it, as they say, by eye ... but a little stronger than broth ...

And if you immediately add a mixture of pepper to the brine? What do you think will come of this ??

I have been using CF for only a week. Explain how to cook stewing without liquid on the program? Will the bowl go bad?

what exactly do you want to cook? Boiled pork? If it is meat, then you can grease the bowl with a little vegetable oil, and then juice will stand out from the meat, so there is no need to add liquid. If the meat has "fat", then there is no need to grease the bowl, but simply start frying from the fat side of the piece.

Thank you very much for your comprehensive answer. I didn't really indicate that the question is about boiled pork.

not at all! Enjoy cooking! The main thing is to adapt to your mule and not to worry when preparing dishes. Even if something does not work out the first time in this model, do not get upset, but experiment with the modes.
