Cartoon, good health! It's nice that I liked the turkey.
I didn't use soy sauce, but you can marinate the turkey in it first - a great idea! Thank you
Just yesterday I was thinking about what recipe to cook a turkey?
There is also an option with tangerines - I'll look now. Here he is

I began to master the forgotten multicooker again on maternity leave, and your recipe was the first to come across! The turkey is just magical! There is a divine aroma in the kitchen and the bird melts in your mouth! Thanks again!

Sasha, I am very glad that I liked the turkey! Good health!
I also like this recipe very much.
Now I often cook this bird - the most dietary meat! Yesterday I cooked sorrel soup with turkey drumstick. Delicious.

So I say: "The turkey is the most" that neither is "our bird!

In the absence of a turkey, you can cook a chicken in this sauce, which I will now do.
Only I previously marinated it in the juice of half an orange and in its zest (I always remove the zest from it before cutting the orange - it's a pity to throw away such good).

I'll tell you later if it will be as tasty as with turkey meat.
