Cooking method

Divide into equal pieces (I divided" by eye ". I got 23 pieces cookies.

Instead of oat flour, ground oatmeal, margarine instead of butter, I did not find cinnamon, I added 18 grams of honey. The dough turned out to be liquid, I added flour 50 grams, I was more afraid. She moistened her hands with water and shaped them like that. It turned out 14 pieces.

The amount of water depends on the moisture content of your flour, my flour is very dry, so it takes more water. I used exactly this amount of water, for me 50 ml is not even a spoon you can turn.
