Pine cone salad

Ingredients

Chicken breast (boiled or grilled) 1 PC.
Egg (boiled) 3 pcs.
Boiled potatoes 2 pcs.
Hard cheese 100 g
Green peas 50 gr.
Corn 50 gr.
Pickled cucumber 2 pcs.
Greens taste
Onion 1-2 pcs.
Mayonnaise 100 g
almond 100 g

Cooking method

  • Grate eggs and potatoes on a coarse grater. Put some cone-shaped mayonnaise on a plate. Put chicken breast on it. Put the onion on top (scald it with boiling water - so that the bitterness goes away, but this is optional). Put potatoes on top. Put on top of the potatoes: on one cone - pickled cucumber, on the other - corn, on the third - peas (I have two cones only with peas and a cucumber). Put the grated egg on top. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, add mayonnaise and, if desired, any greens. Spread with a mixture of cheese and mayonnaise. On top we decorate everything with almonds (I cut the almonds in half because it seemed too much with whole nuts) and rosemary or dill. Bon appetit for the New Year!

Psichika, thanks for submitting this recipe! I, too, have already printed this salad from the cook. ru and I'm going to cook on NG. By the way, they offer to insert a spruce twig, and I decided to replace it with a dill twig. I look - and you have the same!
