Chocolate Banana Cake

Ingredients

Biscuit:
Eggs 3 pcs.
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Flour 2 tbsp. l.
Filling:
bananas 2 pcs.
Glaze:
Chocolate 100 g
Butter 1 tsp
Water 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • ] I want to offer a cake that is very easy to prepare and easy to eat.
  • Biscuit dough:
  • Separate the whites from the yolks. Grind the yolks white with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Beat the whites with the remaining sugar into a strong foam. Add a third of the whipped whites to the yolks, mix gently, then add the sifted flour. Add the remaining proteins and mix gently. We put it in a baking dish (I have a silicone one) and bake in the oven at a temperature of 200-220 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  • We take the cake out of the mold, wait for it to cool and put it on a dish. Cut into 8 pieces.
  • Filling:
  • Peel the bananas and cut them into 4 pieces, lengthwise and crosswise. We put the resulting quarters on the biscuit segments.
  • Chocolate glaze:
  • Melt the chocolate in a water bath, add 1 tbsp. l. warm water and 1 tsp. butter, mix it all until smooth. Pour bananas with hot icing.
  • Take out in the cold to set the glaze.
