Danish wicker bun with cheese and ham (oven)

Ingredients

Warm water to activate yeast 100 ml
Fresh yeast 50 g
Sugar to activate yeast 5 g
Wheat flour 500 ÷ 560 years
Whole milk 250 ml
Olive oil 60 ml
Egg in dough 1 PC.
Egg for greasing buns 1 PC.
Salt 7 g
Sugar 75 g
FOR FILLING:
Ham slicing
Cheese slicing
Mayonnaise (optional) taste

Cooking method

  • Dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar (5 d) and leave on 25 minutes to activate.
  • Then add milk, eggs, sugar to the bowl of the food processor. salt and oil. Stir.
  • Gradually adding the sifted flour, knead into a soft elastic dough.
  • Place the fermentation dough in a dish greased with vegetable oil and covered with a napkin in a warm place on 1 hour or until doubled.
  • After fermentation, divide the finished dough into equal parts by weight and roll each into a rectangle.
  • Make cuts on the sides. Roll up buns.

  • Give a half-hour soak.
  • Grease the buns with an egg on top. Later 20 minutes after the first lubrication, namely: before planting in the oven, grease again with an egg and sprinkle with sesame.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at t = + 185 ºС until cooked.
