Ingredients

Chicken drumsticks 6 pcs.
For the marinade:
Salt taste
Seasoning* 1 tsp
Fresh garlic 1-2 teeth
Large potatoes 5-6 pcs.
Milk 80 ml.

Cooking method

  • I washed the chicken drumsticks, dried them and put them in the marinator flask. I added salt, Super Grill Chicken Seasoning and minced fresh garlic. Marinated shin 2 cycles of 9 minutes.
  • (If there is no marinator - put all the ingredients in a bowl or container with a lid. Leave to marinate in the cold for 30 minutes. Stir the drumsticks in a bowl several times, just shake the container.)
  • Peeled the potatoes, washed and cut into slices (you can use slices). Salted.
  • I put my shins in a bowl without an additional heating element ** (not included in the set). I laid out potatoes in between. Poured 80 ml of milk.
  • I closed the lid, checking that the O-ring was present and installed correctly. Installed a pressure regulator.
  • Turned on the mode SOUP / STEWING 20 minutes... The pressure was not forcibly released.

I made chicken legs almost according to this recipe. The potatoes were 900-1000g by eye. I cut the smaller potatoes into quarters, larger ones into eighths. I salted the potatoes, mixed them and poured them into the bowl. The potato completely covered the bottom of the bowl. The prepared crust was evenly laid on a layer of potatoes. There are just 5 of them. The sixth would be superfluous. She poured 80 ml of milk from the refrigerator. I closed it with a lid, installed the weight of the safety valve. I installed "Soup" for 20 minutes and began to watch. At the 8th minute the indicator began to hiss, at the 10th minute the hissing was almost over (he had to correct his brains). There are almost 10 minutes left to cook chicken meat under pressure. It seemed to me a little, so after a barely audible signal, I rebooted the program for 3 minutes. The legs were steamed, and the potatoes were stewed in milk. After trying the dish, I concluded: it was necessary to restart it safely for 5 minutes.

If you noticed, I had shins. I had chicken parts and cut potatoes at the bottom, covering it in one layer. Therefore, 20 minutes was enough for cooking.
