Chick 1 PC.
Sour cream 2st. l.
Dried apricots 1 st.
Raisins 1 \ 2st.
Rice (I have Indica Gold) 3 \ 4m. Art.
Boiling water 2.5m. Art.

Cooking method

  • Cut the processed chicken into the breast, beat off, rub with salt, pepper, sour cream. Fry on both sides in ghee under the press in ghee until tender (or simply fry).
  • Rinse raisins and dried apricots, dry. Cut dried apricots. Add dried apricots and raisins in ghee for 3-5 minutes.
  • Pour saffron with 1 tbsp. l. boiling water, let it brew.
  • Rinse the rice, pour boiling water over, leave for 10 minutes. Then drain the water, pour boiling water (2.5m. Art.) And cook until tender for 15 minutes on the stove or in a multicooker. I cooked in MV Brand, Krupa Express mode (30 minutes). Put ghee, saffron infusion into the finished rice, mix, salt if desired.
  • Put rice on a dish, raisins and dried apricots on top, then chopped chicken.
