Beef azu with carrots and prunes (Brand 6060 smokehouse)

Ingredients

Beef 500 gr.
Carrot 1 PC.
Prunes 5-6 pcs.
Sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
Adjika Caucasian 0.25 tsp
Salt pepper

Cooking method

  • Wash the beef, dry it and cut into long thin strips, as in the basics.
  • Peel and chop the carrots. I did it on a Waffle-spiral vegetable cutter from Berner.
  • Wash the prunes, and if it is very hard, then soak for a while. Cut in half or 4 pieces.
  • In a bowl, combine beef, carrots and prunes. Season with salt and pepper. Add sour cream and adjika. Mix. Transfer everything to the standard bowl (with additional heating elements) of the smokehouse.

  • Place the bowl in the smokehouse - pressure cooker. Check the presence and correct installation of the O-ring, close the cover. Do not install the pressure regulator and cook on the STEERING mode for 50 minutes. After the signal, you can immediately try.

Note

In the "EXTINGUISHING" mode, the smoker cooks without putting pressure on and therefore makes a noise.
Next time I will cook with a pressure regulator and less time. It will be faster this way.

Everything, prepared. Exactly according to the recipe, but instead of beef I put a goat (my neighbor brought it from hunting). Children were running around multi more, when she began to dump steam (the smell then went). The noble dinner was buzzing. For dinner they extort buns from me (and what to do?
