Nests with chicken and mushrooms (multicooker Brand 37501)

Ingredients

chicken fillet 300 gr.
loaf (I have loaf 1 PC.
onion 1 PC.
milk 1 glass (250 ml.)
cheese 100 g
mushrooms 150 gr.
greens taste
salt pepper taste
vegetable oil for greasing the saucepan

Cooking method

  • Finely chop the chicken, onions, mushrooms, herbs. Cut the loaf into slices 2-3 cm thick. Soak the loaf pieces with milk, squeeze a little. Make a small indentation in each piece (just push the crumb with your fingers). Grease the multicooker saucepan with oil, fold the nests into it. Put the chopped ingredients into the resulting groove. Switch on the "Baking" mode for 20 minutes. While the nests are baked, grate the cheese on a fine grater. After the end of the program, turn off the soap cooker, open the lid, sprinkle the nests with cheese and close the lid for another 5 minutes (to melt the cheese). Bon Appetit!

Thanks for the recipe, I made nests) But for me, it's not enough for 20 minutes) so I literally fried the mushrooms a little, then also chicken pieces separately, for about 5 minutes. And then everything is in the nest. A kind of hot sandwich)

For me in 20 minutes everything was perfectly baked, although I did it from a loaf like French. Thanks for the report

This is probably the case too. I bought a loaf of bread that I could hardly fit 4 pieces, respectively, and there are more fillings)))
Fear has big eyes))) Next time I won't be afraid, so))
