Rye flour 100 g

honey 10 g
malt 2 tbsp. l.
dry hop sourdough 1 tbsp. l.
aromatic sunflower oil 12 g
finely grated garlic 1 clove
water 300 ml

Cooking method

  • Bookmark according to the instructions for the bread maker. Rye mode, 3 hours 30 minutes.
