Raspberry muffins on jelly

Ingredients

dry jelly 200 gr.
wheat flour 3 tbsp. l.
powdered sugar 3 tbsp. l.
sour cream 1 tbsp. l.
baking powder 0.5 tsp
a pinch of salt
eggs 3 pcs.
raspberry 100 g
vanilla

Cooking method

  • Grind the jelly. Mix flour and baking powder. Add salt, icing sugar and vanilla, mix and sift everything.
  • Drive eggs one by one into the dry mixture, add sour cream, knead well.
  • We spread the dough into molds, filling them by 2/3 and put raspberries on top, press a little.
  • And put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • We check for readiness with a toothpick.
  • Decorate with powdered sugar and raspberries.
