* Anyuta *
Well, I am the proud owner of a new MB Scarlett SC 411.
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411
How I had to buy it is another story ...
And now it's up to testing! Let's start tonight ...
* Anyuta *
In general .. I'm telling ..

we arrived in Kharkov at 6.15 local time .. went straight to Duffy .. slept there for an hour .. went and went to Fozi (asked the price) ... we got to OBI - we also looked at the prices ... We haven't bought anything in the shopping center yet. because hryvnia was not enough ... Let's go to Barabashka .. first there were children's toys (I also bought the kids for the kindergarten) ... Then AUTO-Barabashka (dad needed a battery). Local time at 13.00 ... I start calling all the stores in which I made an order ... AND EVERYWHERE bummer ... I have a complete SHOCK, no mood and depression begins ... I no longer have money on my phone .. the price of one minute is mine 30 rE ... I think .. okay .. the autocompletion will come and I'm going to call Vitalitnka and tell her to give Nadyusha-nvk to order me from Poltava ... to find out all the data for transferring den. funds while I'm in Ukraine (so as not to pay at least extra money from Russia for the transfer itself) .. While we are discussing all THIS, we are already reaching back to Duffy ... Then I remember that I forgot to buy one set on Barabashka, which I can't take three times ... I say - we turn around, eat back .... Well, I had to somehow raise my mood .. let's go back .. I bought what I wanted .. Well, I remember Vitalinka's words that Barabashka has EVERYTHING ... (and she herself was already convinced of this after several trips) ... I think it's still worth trying to look for MB in the market ... I ask .. where are household appliances sold there ... we go there .. the first store with household appliances ... Scarlet 411 no .. in the morning it was .. sold .. well, as always begins .. well, now I'll call .. I find out ... Then I "caught fire" ... so all the same they are on the market ... IN SHORT ... exactly one hour we just stupidly entered all the stores and asked about the presence of Skarlusha ... There is only one conclusion .. who seeks will always find and my husband found it all the same (while I was waiting for an answer to calls from another seller) .. and exactly 3 pieces .. as I should have! The initial price was 520 hryvnia ... I was ready to take it for this money ... they gave it for 420 ... Exactly for as much as this MV costs in most stores in Kharkov ... Only they did not ride around the city (again, time and money for gasoline can be considered saved) ....

PySy .. my happiness knew no bounds !!!!
* Anyuta *
I'm starting to review MV ...
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411
Bowls .. skarlusha on the left, panasik on the right
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411
This is how a set of programs looks like ... just like in the 410 model, the "combination" of some programs, that is, combining them under one button, raises doubts ...
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411
First of all, I boiled a saucepan with a lemon on the "Steamer" program - 20 minutes (the multi had a pungent smell ... Panasik didn't have that)
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411
The backlight of the display is bright red - this is a plus compared to Panas (the time can be seen from afar and you do not need to look closely)
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411
At the end of the program, the following inscription is displayed ...
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411
Well, now about the first results of the work:
After the steamer program, this is how much water has accumulated in the drip tray in 20 minutes ...
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411
By the way ... at the scarf, the countdown begins after boiling ...
There was also a LOT of water under the rubber band near the lid ... (to make it easier to see, the water was stained with potassium permanganate)
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411
The first dish cooked was Multicooker Scarlett SC 411
Time 45 minutes + 10 minutes (do not open the lids)
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411
Here's what I got after 55 minutes ...
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411
Now look at the bottom of the bowl ...
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411
In Panas, baking "flies out" with a bang .. immediately I had to shake the saucepan a little ... And it is much harder to wash it than a pan from Panas ...

Now I will also try to bake the same pie in Panas and then I will compare the taste ..

Pysy ...Well, what can I say ... I think that this unit fully justifies its price (when I transferred it to 1590 rubles, 91 kopecks) ...
azaza
Anyuta, try Scarlin's saucepan. There is a chance that a saucepan from Dex will suit her (or better yet, it has not yet been invented).
Dex's dimensions:
height 13 cm
diameter at the side 24 cm
the girth of the pan under the very edge is 69.2 cm
If it fits, on your next visit to Kharkiv you can buy spare tires.
* Anyuta *
At the request of Tanya-Azazochka, I measured the pots .. that's what I did ..

Height - 12.8 cm
Pot circumference at widest edge (side) 74.5 cm
The circumference of the pan under the side itself (top) 69.1 cm
I forgot to measure the diameter ... (I'll add the data later)
azaza
Oops, the current has now noticed a mistake in my measurements: the girth of the pan under the side 69, 2. The height differs by a couple of millimeters. The idea is not critical. Did you measure the height along with the side? A native saucepan enters the nest easily, is there room for one extra millimeter? If there is, you can consider a dex saucepan conditionally suitable for Skarlusha. Conditionally - until someone tries them on in practice.
Anyuta, try the Fry mode. Is it realistic there, say, to deeply fry an onion with carrots?
* Anyuta *
Quote: azaza

It appears like this .. I report right away ... yes .. along with the sides ...

Quote: azaza

A native saucepan enters the nest easily, is there room for one extra millimeter?

easy .. and not even for one mm ... because there is a pimp (the sensor in the center of the MV itself) protrudes 4-5 mm .. and then the pan presses it .. in Panas this protrusion is only 1 maximum 2 mm .. ...

Quote: azaza

We consider it already "conditionally suitable" ...

Quote: azaza

Anyuta, try the Fry mode. Is it realistic there, say, to deeply fry an onion with carrots?

I will try to cook boiled pork ... first, of course, I will fry (so that there is a crust) .. so we will test this mode!
* Anyuta *
Another report ...
The diameter of the pan is 23.5 cm (this is at the edges of the upper side) ...
An empty pan / bowl sticks out of the MV itself by about 1 cm ...
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411
If we fill the pan with food, then it "settles" like this .... (for example, I put an empty jar in the bowl)
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411 ...

From these experiments, conclude whether Dex bowls will work ...
* Anyuta *
Yesterday evening the Milk Porridge program was experimented with ...
I cooked wheat ...
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411
the ratios were as follows:
1 ms cereal
1 ms milk
2ms water
salt, sugar, butter - to taste ...

That's what I did...
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411
The cooking time was set to 40 minutes - it turned out to be quite enough ..
The boiling there is just SUPER delicate - you can see it by the "ring" in the saucepan .. the porridge has risen by no more than one cm ... (my "saving" ring in the form of vegetable oil around the edge of the pan turned out to be superfluous) ..
There was not a drop of water in the drip tray ... just a little ..
* Anyuta *
After porridge I made stewed cabbage ...
It was just possible, at the request of Azazochka, to check the "Fry" mode.
I poured vegetable oil .. I loaded potatoes, carrots and sausages into the bowl ... I turned on the Frying program ... there some zeroes began to run ... I circled about 10 minutes about MV, figuring out how this mode would work ... then I turned it on it turned off again, then turned it off .. because the circles (more precisely zeroes) continued to "run" ... spat .. Turned on the steamer mode for 10 minutes
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411
and began to fry on it ...
Then the pan warmed up instantly ... everything was fried perfectly ...
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411
Added cabbage
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411
I added 1/2 ms of tomato paste and 1.5 ms of water (this turned out to be a lot for me .. 3/4 -1 ms of water would be enough)
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411

Salted, added seasonings and turned on the "Quenching" mode .. there on the machine pops up 1:00 hour .. (by default)
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411
When there were 25 minutes left until the end of the program, I turned off the Quenching (because there was a lot of water) and set the "Groats" program for 30 minutes ...
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411

After turning off the program of Krupa vodichka, about 1 tbsp remained. the spoon...
The cabbage turned out to be very "soft" ..This suits me because the family has a small child ...

PySy... While cooking stewed cabbage, I made the following conclusions ... In the 411 model, you can reset the program at any time, turn on another, and you don't have to wait for anything ...

* Anyuta *
And as for frying, I figured it out later .. it turns out that the time is displayed on this program and will not be .. MB automatically determines the frying time depending on the weight of the food ...
As an example ...
In the morning I turned on the computer to write you a report ... at that time onions and carrots were sautéed on the "Frying" program for their further use ... Well, as we all know ... who sat down - you don't control the time ...
So carrots and onions are fried .. and I need to read what is happening on the forum ... I sit reading ..: girl_manikur: I hear something squeaking - and this scarlusha fried everything and calls me ...
That's how it happened ...
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411

added 1.5 ms of rice, 3 ms of water to onions and carrots, salted ...
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411
Mode "Groats" for 45 minutes .. and now I'm waiting for the side dish to cook ...
OOO .. the current added this message and the cartoon called me ...
went to evaluate the result of "rice" ...
* Anyuta *
Rice I got like this ...
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411
I didn't really like it ... not crumbly .. in Panasica this program works on the machine until all the liquid evaporates ... Now I left it on heating with the lid open ... But the bottom did not burn / fried, like this happens in Panas ...
* Anyuta *
My experiments with the frying mode continued (and after the computer I will go on to test MV again) ..
So I first had to fry the garlic. and then the chicken ... poured oil into the bowl ... put the garlic ... oiled ...
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411
It seemed to me that it was a little fried (the smell was not particularly felt from the garlic) ... I put the chicken to fry with the garlic ... then MV began to "play" with me ...
Gives me ... and that's it ...
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411
Well, I turned it off from the outlet .. turned it on again .. set the "Frying" mode again .. like the process "went" ... that's how MV fried chicken thighs ..
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411
I put my hips in a double boiler ...
In the same place where the garlic was first fried, then the chicken .. added onions ... (The "Fry" mode continued to work) ...
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411
The chicken was fried with the lid open ... on the onion I decided to experiment ... the lid was not completely closed (* see the photo above .. there you can see how the shoulder blade sticks out) ...
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411

And what do you see in the photo? When the lid is closed (it can be seen after a certain time (* here I just didn’t keep track, if honestly)) the countdown begins ... because the mode is visible combined with the "Blank" ... but the instructions clearly say .. " Frying "- intended for use with open lid....
But all the same, the bow was offered well ...
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411
I transferred the onion to the chicken in a steamer bowl ...
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411
Not my bowl (after garlic, chicken, onion) put chopped potatoes in it, poured 2 m. From. water (again a lot), mixed with mayonnaise, salted, added seasonings ...
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411
put a steamer bowl on top of the bowl ... set the "Stew" mode for one hour ..
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411
An hour later the potatoes were ready completely, but there was a lot of "slurry" ... All the same, on this program, the liquid in the scarlet does not really evaporate ...
The chicken was not yet completely ready .. so I set another 30 minutes on the "Groats" mode ...
Here's what happened in the end:
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411 Multicooker Scarlett SC 411
The potatoes remained in the "slurry" .. but really how the stew turned out .. with broth, let's say ...
* Anyuta *
Girls ... I have new news from the battlefield ... One is good ... the other is bad ...
So let's start .... with a bad one ... I found, after all, one cant in this MV ... now I still have a "testing" mode .. I will report more detailed results later .... this is that the time shown on the display "runs" much faster than the real one ... that is, at this moment, according to my calculations, this error is 1 minute - 11 seconds ... when the MB display has passed a complete minute, then the timer is only 49 seconds .. then I will give more accurate data based on 1 hour (the timer is still ticking) ... .. Although, in washing machines ... as a rule, the washing time indicated in the program is always less, than the real ... that is, the machine washes longer than stated in the program ...
I noticed yesterday .. something the cooking time is flying fast ...

Moving on to the good news ...
All the same, this unit is not a fool! We programmed it 100% (we will talk about frying again)

Returning to the "Fry" program ....
I started to fry the loin (large pieces) ... first I put the "fat" down .... and so ... cartoon ITSELF turns off "exactly" after a crust appears on the fried product! Well this should be thought of like that !!!!!
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411

But I already fried the second side ... here "quite lightly" ...
Multicooker Scarlett SC 411

Now these pieces are being extinguished ... what happens, I'll post it later!
azaza
Judging by the crust, the frying in Skarlush is not nominal, but quite real
And the Quenching is working correctly: on this program, the water should not evaporate, the quenching must be delicate. And it's great that the stewing is so soft with powerful frying. So again, Skarlusha's credit.
"Fast" time is a minus, of course. But you can adapt if you know how much it runs ahead.
Anyuta, test Yogurt again. You can do it on the water: pour it straight into a saucepan and turn on the program for 2-3 hours. Measure the temperature periodically (you can even use an ordinary medical thermometer).

So I'm talking about the time ... when the time was counted down to 1:05, according to my stopwatch, only 49 minutes came out ... .. I put the meat on 1.5 hours ... accordingly, taking into account the time error, on the "extinguishing" program it it was about 1.15 .. but this time was quite enough for the meat pigmentation! The boiled pork turned out to be really cool!

Since I do not have any ferments and I have not done yogurt before, then I ask for help ... that is, I need a step-by-step algorithm of actions ... and at what time to measure tempratures (and more ... is it suitable is there an electronic thermometer?)
azaza
I'm telling you.
An electronic thermometer will certainly do.
The lack of starter culture is not a problem. Buy Activia without additives at your nearest store, super-pasteurized milk. Nothing else is needed for yoghurt.
You can make yogurt both in the saucepan itself and in jars. Better the second option, because the container must first be scalded with boiling water, and a cold saucepan does not like boiling water. So, scald the jars, drain the water. Heat milk to a temperature of 37-40 *, no more. Add half a jar of Activia to it, stir well (it is also advisable to pour boiling water over the spoon first). Pour the mixture of milk with Activia into prepared jars. At the bottom of the cartoon pot you put a cloth napkin, put the jars on it (this is so that the cans do not break the coating). Pour warm water of the same temperature (37-40 *) into a saucepan. As much water as milk in cans. Yoghurt program. Set the time to 4-5 hours, but after 3 hours start looking into the saucepan - Activia ferments faster than dry starter cultures.
The readiness of the yoghurt is checked as follows. Swing the jar slightly. If the milk splashes in it in the same way as before the leaven, the yogurt is not yet ready. If it sways slowly, hard - ready. If you leave it still, the whey may peel off, so you need to keep track of the moment of readiness: a little more - and the yogurt is gone. As soon as you find a hint of readiness, immediately cover the jars with lids and put them in the refrigerator - the yogurt comes to a condition in the cold, let it stand for 4 hours, better overnight.

BUT! Test on the water first. If the cartoon overheats, instead of yogurt, you risk getting curd. In order not to transfer products, first pour plain water into a saucepan and set the Yogurt program. Check the temperature every half hour to catch possible overheating. Ideally, the temperature should be 37-41 *, 42 * is the maximum limit.

Oh, Vikavka! You will tell us if the Dex bowls are suitable for Scarletka. And then we still have solid assumptions, but in practice no one has yet checked whether this is so.
I will definitely check, I must also do a test drive so that later the mother-in-law tell what and how .. only I'm afraid if I try I can’t give it back to my husband that one multi is not enough .. in response he just rolls his eyes
azaza

my slowly got used to the electric oven now and to the cartoon the smell comes running
Reflex Pavlov
And space is a problem. I have 8.5 squares - painfully small And how you can get out by 4.5 - I can't imagine. Look into the eyes of that ahrythe tector who designed it
Having a cartoon with the Yogurt program could save space and money and not buy a yogurt maker. On the other hand, yogurt will take a cartoon for several hours - then one multi will definitely not be enough for you. The yoghurt maker is still a compact toy. So it’s probably more profitable to buy it than the second cartoon. But the second cartoon is also needed. Better yet, let it be a pressure cooker. Then the stove can be completely covered and turned into a table.
* Anyuta *
Girls .. Testing the Yogurt mode is still postponed ... half an hour after starting the program, two electronic thermometers could not measure the temperature ... Both gave an error .. / After such "breakdowns", I am afraid to put the mercury thermometer in the bowl ... I let my hand down - water (for me) it's warm, but I like to swim in hot water, so it's difficult to determine "by eye" ... We are waiting for a thermometer ...
In the book I read .. that the Heating mode (aka Yoghurt) "Maintains the temperature of the cooked food 65-85 C" ... In addition, it is impossible to set the cooking time for yoghurt on this program.
azaza

Figase How can this yoghurt be combined with heating, if beneficial bacteria can withstand temperatures up to 42 * ?! Then there is nothing to try.
On the other hand, a temperature of 65 * is already hot water, not warm. And at 85 *, I think you would not have kept your hand at all.
This means that either the Heating in the cartoon is scary, or the Yogurt is kosyachny. But it is better, of course, to wait for the thermometer.

Today I cooked millet soup .. the result is just .... The boiling is going right ...

Azazochka thank you very much for advising this particular model from inexpensive cartoons!

They brought me such a little girl .. all in flowers)) immediately good news, the saucepan from the dex sat down like a dear and looks like a twin brother, well, just more impressively heavier of course)) I'll try to cook something in it as free ... so I will order myself an extra pot and buy my mother-in-law so that she does not know grief, the scarf has a toy saucepan in comparison.
Now I'm steaming, I've already kneaded the dough for bread, I'll try it in my own saucepan, the spoon in the kit is pretty. but the edges are sharp ayayai, I'll probably leave myself for the pans.
in general, at first glance, I really liked the cartoon, especially for 399 hryvnia I was a little embarrassed by the combination of heating and yogurt and milk porridge and cereals, I don't understand where the automatic program with boiling off like rice is, I went to read
I'm so glad so glad
azaza
Vikavka, congratulations!
Immediately a question about the pan: as I understand it, she sat in the nest like her own. And the cartoon lid closes with it, have you tried it?
And, of course, we look forward to testing Skarlusha both with his own saucepan and with a dex one.

the lid closes, in height they are the same in volume along the way, only the dex side is wider, but this does not affect, let's see when cooking.

and I threw mine right away .. somehow I already "taught myself" to use exclusively silicone ...

Time yourself on the timer and on your scarlet ... How are you with that? will there be a difference or not?
there is a difference, the same as you said about 10 minutes per hour.
now I am sitting in another room, I honked and really normal, and next to her it seemed that she was not screaming with her own cry
Vikavka
while my men fell asleep, I was right there with a report and good news.

baking turned out to be a bomb, no worse than in dexico, 60 + 30 was enough for a bread with a head on the other hand, and this despite the fact that time in it flies faster than in our world, that is, it turned out 50 + 25 somewhere, it could have been less she toasted the bread decently. The main thing is that all of the baking mode, turned on and forgot for an hour no dancing, no tambourines.
greased the saucepan with sl. oil, nothing stuck to it. with a dex saucepan they are still twins, well, except for the thickness and coating, everything fits perfectly, I tried to steam potatoes with a dex saucepan, everything is cleanly dry, everything is buzzing! so for 399 + some 175 UAH you can get a super duper castrul
I still didn't understand what program it was working on before the water boiled out, we'll figure it out ..
drip tray pleased - a trifle but nice
the signal is really normal, especially if you do not stand next to it (and if the child is awake), it is heard from other rooms, unlike the dexic.

I want to try to heat the water for yogurt, the description of the 65-85 g mode is not happy and the recipes say that the cartoon is not sharpened for it

In short, they joked strongly with yoghurt, I would even say threw)) the thermometer dyal children's baths showed far beyond 50,: crazy: lope could, and a little water such that the finger does not stick in already steams, measured it in deksike on yogurt - 41
azaza
Teeex. There are three drawbacks: they got very excited about yogurt (and in the literal sense), rice programs are absent as a class, whistle over time. As I understand it, the inscription "Yogurt" on the "Warm up" button is a purely marketing move, no more.
Pros - dex casserole fits like straight dear. Good pastries. Frying is not to say that it is too active, but nothing is so present. In which case, you can fry harder for steamat (does not turn off without water - on the one hand - plus, on the other - minus). Stewing and milk porridge are super delicate.
In principle, Skarlusha is very good for its price. The ideal option is to have it as a second multi with the first more powerful (like Dex, Orion, Aurora).
Vikavka
Now at least sketch the yogurt with a corector, otherwise the brisk mother-in-law will torment her until victorious .. after reading the recipe, it became clear to me that something was wrong, especially the ryazhanka - bring to a boil, then wait until the rate drops to 40 and pour in the leaven

according to the instructions, the steam turns off if the water boils, I think to try to make rice on it

Yes, with fermented baked milk, everything is just right: given that the pace on Yoghurt is 70-80 *, milk there pre-languishes for 5.5 hours. Then it cools down to 40 *, mixes with the sourdough and remains in the switched off mode in a closed multi. But why bring the milk to a boil on a steam, if you can do it on the gentle Milk porridge mode? After all, it can run away for a couple.
By the way, I would not just bring the milk to a boil, but cook for a couple of hours on Milk porridge. And then leave on heating (aka Yogurt) for 5-6 hours. I love the pronounced taste of melted meat.But in principle, and the way they describe it, it should work out. And sour cream can be smaller, 180-200 gr. But sour cream must be good! Otherwise, you can get not fermented baked milk, but if you don't have good sour cream at hand, you can ferment with yogurt (homemade or Activia without additives).

So I'm reportingMidrangeoh .... Now there is instant oatmeal .. 10 minutes left. But I can already say in advance ... the result ... NOTHING Escaped ANYWHERE! The default time is 50 minutes ... But 40 minutes is enough - I looked in (10 minutes left before the end of the program) - and the porridge is already ready ..
And do not swear on the frying mode .. I wrote - I started to "torment" the CF, and it turns out to be fried at the very mark, on which it should be, moreover, when a "real crust" is formed, the CF turns off itself.

I cooked rice on the program "Krupa" .. here it was just that there was not enough "really" declared time .... that is, taking into account that the MV works less in time, then I would add 10 more to this program minutes that are "stolen" from us ..

I realized that now the time is alsoGreenwich it happens in Scarlett. But, interestingly, in Panasy they also cook yoghurts on heating? Maybe an hour after heating, just put the jars there? However...
the water is unrealistically hot and in an hour, the bacteria will die, I see the only option, turn off the heating, wait until the temperature drops to 40 and put the jars, I think the temperature of the cartoon will hold for 3 hours .. maybe, but why such dances if they sell a yogurt maker saturn with glass jars for 129 UAH

Girls, I’m with the next report .. It appears like this ... The second MV out of three was tested .. and so with time, my mother’s cartoons have EVERYTHING in the order of 8 minutes, the time lag is only 2 seconds - I think that this error is not so great and quite forgivable! From this we can conclude that not all scarlet people live by their own time! In the mammon cartoon, first of all, they made cottage cheese casserole (from recipes for Panas) ... for the second time I was convinced that either the baked goods were "none" there, or the saucepan was flimsy, or both taken together ... In the allotted hour the casserole was not baked .. they added another 30 minutes, the result is the same .... so the bottom is also burnt ... All the same, in panasiks, everything really "pops out" for one-two-three ...
They cooked buckwheat .. just buckwheat .... without any additives .. 2 MC of cereals + 4 MC of water .... put, in my opinion, 45 minutes ... 10 minutes before the end the pan was turned off - everything was prepared amazingly. .. here I put it boldly 5+ .. Now mom bakes ribs, later I'll call back and find out what and how ...

Now back to experimenting with my copy ...
Above I wrote how I cooked "quick" oatmeal ... that's what happened ...

It boiled VERY hard ... for those with small children (like mine), this option is quite suitable for you .. and so, in reality, 20-25 minutes of cooking would be enough, that is, it was not necessary to endure the entire cycle!
Fried chicken .. so to speak, "to the point of opupeniya" .... specially fried it harder ... it was a set for chakhokhbili ... I can say - who needs just fried chicken cartoon can handle 5+

Yesterday I cooked borscht ... here I was also really surprised ... Everything boils on the soup as it should ... in my full complement the borscht reached the mark "6" .. look at the lid ...

The color turned out to be as rich as my borscht has never been before in my life .. it’s not even red, but really borscht has a beetroot color .. (then I’ll take a photo) ... ... I’ll post it a little later with separate recipes ..

* Anyuta *, so she can't bake? I mean biscuits, casseroles.

I don't understand where the automatic program with a boil-off type of rice is, I went to read
I'm so glad so glad

There is no automatic boil-off program in this model, you need to adapt and set the time yourself.

Well, here, finally, I am with a multicooker! Honestly, at first I was even disappointed: girl_sad: The very first disappointment is the legs - it rides on the tabletop like on ice. Not fatal, but dangerous. For example, you can't budge HP. Then she made a simple vermilion soup. What did I expect from him ?. Soup like soup .. Then I decided to cook pilaf (rice cooker is it in the end or not). Well, then, as they say, the "parish" started. The pilaf turned out to be wonderful. Loose rice, m-yum ... Indeed, you can't cook like that on the stove! I baked a biscuit for half a portion, I was afraid that it would suddenly not work out. But no, everything worked out. My pensioner can't do that in an oven. In short - happy as an elephant!
I want to thank * Anyuta * for this topic, for a detailed report! THANK YOU!!!

Still, my hands did not reach ... this is what a "blushing" borscht turned out in scarlet ...

I took one at the Technodom. I figure it out, everything seems to be simple, but I constantly follow the process, I'm afraid of automation) how do its programs cope? Do they spoil the food?

I also took it there. Yesterday, too, I did not go far from her. Today she cooked borscht, stewed potatoes with meat herself, and I took care of the child. : girl_manikur: Corn milk porridge has just been cooked. But it was not without my participation. On the "milk porridge" mode I tried to escape and I cooked on "stewing". So far, everything is working out. The family is happy.

This is such a delicious porridge.

I have already cooked soup and borscht on "stewing", it boils strongly on "soup".

And, on the contrary, I am more satisfied with the soup mode for soups than just stewing ... Now the soup from trout has gone to cook ...

Today was the second attempt to cook milk porridge - no one escaped with an oil rim

I recently bought a scarlet 411 on a barik for 400 UAH, baked an orange biscuit according to a recipe book - it turned out super, and it was high and baked, and today I tried a recipe from an Internet chocolate biscuit, wasted 3 hours and a bunch of products, and yes, I cooked borsch (the first once in a lifetime) it turned out bombovsky)))

Che, I can't cook soup on the "soup". The first time when I cooked after frying, I poured in hot broth, after 10 minutes it boiled very much and I switched to "stewing". Today I put everything cold and turned it on by default for 40 minutes. So, almost all 40 minutes, the soup boiled and already at the very end began to boil and a trickle began to flow from under the valve, I was about to unplug it from the outlet, and then it squeaked, switched to heating and everything calmed down. Now it is being cooked on "stewing", because the potatoes are raw. Girls with Skarlusha, how do you make soups?
