And really sympathetic! I want those too!

I like to add ordinary cabbage to minced meat for juiciness and taste. But adding more delicate cauliflower did not occur to me. Thank you izumka, you for a cool idea. There are two heads of cauliflower in the fridge.

Lala!, be sure to try it!
Creamy, I saw this on TV in some program. And just all the products were in the refrigerator. We liked it very much - juicy, tender!

izumka, cutlets are good. Yesterday I cooked it, though the mince was veal with lean pork, but it was also very tasty, and most importantly, juicy. Usually my steamed cutlets are dense, but this time they are juicy, not bland. Thank you very much for the recipe!
There are no photos, in the evening there was no time for photos, but today I took my daughter-in-law, nursing mom

Raisin, thanks for the recipe. Rather, just for 2 ideas. I somehow never made steamed cutlets in a cartoon. I liked it very much. And they themselves taste sooooooo delicate. In general, I will still do.

Ksyunechka, I am very glad that the recipe came in handy!

And will such cutlets in an ordinary steamer turn out to be just as tasty or is there a cooking secret in the multicooker?
And I don’t understand the breadcrumbs will be like fried cutlets, that is, crispy? it's just that everything is so wet and wet in a double boiler.
