Khachapuri with homemade yogurt (kneaded in Brand 3801 bread maker)

Ingredients

Homemade yogurt 150 g
Chicken egg 1 PC.
Butter 80 g
Wheat flour, premium 250 g
Salt 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Sift the flour into a bowl, add the butter, cut into pieces, grind it into crumbs with your hands.
  • Pour the bread machine into the bucket, add the egg, salt and yogurt, put on program 12 - "Noodle dough" - this is 14 minutes. The lid of the bread maker can be left open and during the kneading process, add the necessary ingredients very carefully.
  • At the end of the program, the dough should be soft and pliable.
  • We spread it on a floured board, gently stretch it into a cake with our hands, sprinkle with about 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder or baking soda.
  • We fold it four times, and leave with the lid closed for 2 hours at room temperature.
  • Then we pinch off pieces about the size of a chicken egg, roll them out thinly with a rolling pin, put the filling, traditional for khachapuri - cheese with an egg, in the middle, pinch and roll them out again with a rolling pin, but not to the point of fanaticism, so that the filling does not come out.
  • Fry in a frying pan over moderate heat - first under a closed lid, and then, turning over, fry without a lid.

Yeah, I love khachapurki too! Moreover, we are now bogged down, as Ksyushka-Blyushka said.
Now I also bake Vitalinka's buns on yogurt, on the samesnot viscous.

About soda - this is in the original recipe, which I read in the magazine "Family and School" in 197, overwritten year! This recipe was posted by an aunt from Telavi!

I was joking! But any homemade yogurt is healthy, we make it without preservatives with live bacteria. And pulling is no longer so important. The main thing is USEFUL! We colonize beneficial bacteria. But it's better to ask Dr. Masha about this!

Ira, do not knead this dough, but you need to stretch and straighten it with your hands - gently so ....., then crush the soda or baking powder and fold. It will turn out like a puff. It is better not to touch the soda dough once again - the product will turn out to be rough.

And donuts were last year ... don't you remember? Here ...
Man, you won't believe - I remember!
