Ingredients

Chicken fillet 300 gr.
pickled cucumber 2 pcs.
hard cheese 100 g
Bulgarian pepper 1 PC.
Walnut 50 gr.
lettuce leaves 1 PC.
for refueling:
sour cream 100 g
mayonnaise 100 g
mustard 1 table. the spoon
almonds for decoration optional

Cooking method

  • Boil the chicken fillet, cool, disassemble into fibers. Chop the cucumber, pepper, leaving a little pepper for decoration. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, leaving the platinum for decoration. Chop or chop the walnuts. Tear lettuce leaves with your hands, leaving a few leaves for decoration. Put all the chopped ingredients in a salad bowl. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and mustard, season the salad. Place the salad in a circle on a flat dish. Lay lettuce leaves around the edges. Place a plate of cheese in the center. Make a "candle light" from pepper, a candlestick. Decorate the salad wreath with pepper and almonds. You can also drip a little mayonnaise on the edge of the cheese to simulate drips of wax.
