Ingredients

Fresh salmon portions of 150-200 grams
Sweet peppers yellow and red ½ per serving of fish
Bulb onions small piece per serving
Sweet and sour apple 2 circles per serving
Lemon juice 1 tsp. per serving
Salt, white pepper freshly ground, white vinegar taste
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l. for sautéing vegetables
Fresh dill taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the salmon into portions, add salt, sprinkle with freshly ground white pepper, pour lemon juice on top.
  • Marinate onions and bell peppers: cut vegetables into large strips, add salt, vinegar, mix and leave for 5-10 minutes.
  • Turn the pressure cooker on baking mode, heat up, add vegetable oil, put vegetables and sauté for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are semi-soft. Disable Baking mode.

The fish is cooked quickly, without pressure it turned out 20-25 minutes is quite enough.

Vegetables, of course, turned out to be more boiled, the fish, however, did not suffer. It is not necessary to change the pressure from 0 to 3. This should be the case at zero pressure, the valve closes, since condensate / liquid / steam collects in the pan, therefore a slight pressure is created and the valve closes.

But it is important for us that the pressure inside the pan is insignificant, practically none, and by the end of cooking the valve will drop by itself, because the temperature inside will begin to drop, and by the end of cooking the lid will open freely.

Fish and vegetables are such a product that you do not need to digest them, so 0 pressure is enough, the fish cooks quickly.
