Flounder fillet 1 kg
zest from one lemon
salt
freshly ground black pepper
vegetable oil
crackers
egg

Cooking method

  • Remove the zest from one lemon with a very fine grater, mix it with salt and pepper. Grate the flounder fillet with the prepared mixture, cut into portions. Beat the egg lightly with a fork, add 1-2 tablespoons of water, beat again. Dip pieces of fish in an egg, breaded in breadcrumbs and fry over medium heat until golden brown. Garnish of your choice. We eat with vegetables.
