Jelly Sunny Peach

Ingredients

Canned peaches in their own juice 400ml
Cream 100ml
Gelatin 25gr

Cooking method

  • Divide the gelatin in half. Pour boiling water over one half (well ... I always do that).
  • Halve the peaches. Leave one part without juice, the second with juice. Purée both parts.
  • Take a tablespoon from the first part of pureed peaches without juice. Add 1 hour to this tablespoon. l. gelatin.
  • Place this mass in the center of the flower shape (stamens). Cool for 5-7 minutes.
  • Add cream to the first container with pureed peaches without juice. Beat. Pour in the gelatin carefully. Beat.
  • Put this mass into flower-shaped petals. Cool for 30 minutes.
  • Jelly Sunny Peach
  • Pour boiling water over the rest of the gelatin. Pour in and combine with the second half of puréed peach and juice. Fill in the flower forms.
  • Jelly Sunny Peach
  • Refrigerate for about an hour. And you can eat

I had 22% cream. But it doesn't really matter. 10% will be no less tasty. They just won't whip, the dessert won't be so bubbly in this layer.
