Lazy stuffed peppers in an Elbee pressure cooker

Ingredients

Bulb onions 3 pcs
Carrot 1 piece large
chicken breast fillet 500gr
rice (not parboiled) from inexpensive varieties 3 multi-glasses
tomato paste 2 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil (for frying vegetables) 2 tbsp. l.
sea salt 2 tsp (or to taste)
black pepper and other spices to taste
sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
water 7 multi-glasses
Bulgarian pepper 7 pcs small

Cooking method

  • In a multicooker-pressure cooker on the "meat" or "baking" mode with an open lid, fry chopped onions, coarsely grated carrots in vegetable oil, add tomato paste, after a few minutes of frying with tomato paste - add chicken breast cut into small pieces (or you can add coarse minced meat), mix, add washed rice, peeled from internal seeds and cut into pieces pepper (I cut the pepper into 4 parts and then chopped into strips no wider than 0.5-1 cm), add salt, spices and pour water (I pour always boiling water - the pressure cooker builds up pressure very quickly then).
  • Rice mode 12 minutes;
  • it took another 2-3 minutes to set the pressure and then forcibly at the end of cooking steam was also released for 2 minutes.

The dish is designed for

3.5-4L

Time for preparing:

12 minutes

Cooking program:

Pressure cooker, rice

Note

Very often my mother used to cook lazy cabbage rolls, but somehow it so happened that I started to cook lazy peppers myself when I became a mother, because these capricious kids always threw away the skin of stuffed peppers
In lazy stuffed peppers, little pepper chunks are all eaten

I like steamed rice more, but it is over and this time I put long grain. Digested a little in 12 minutes ... you could probably have put 10 minutes. And there may be enough water for such rice and 6 multi-glasses will be enough.

Rapunzel
I prepared it. I cooked rice with vegetables before, one might say a family habit, but it never occurred to me with meat and a giant portion of red pepper. But in vain! Simple, fast, delicious !!! Made in a slow cooker on pilaf mode. The husband licks the plate for the second day and crumbles with compliments. And I am so proud of myself, I pretend to be overworked.
SeredaG, thanks a lot for the recipe!
