Meat with prunes in a multicooker-pressure cooker Oursson 5005

Ingredients

Pork (ham) 1200g
Prunes 150-200g
Carrot 1-2 pcs
Onion 1 PC
Narsharab 2 tbsp. l
Salt, pepper to taste
Dry marjoram and a little dry adjika 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Cut the meat into not large, but not small pieces. Carrots are the same large. Chop the onion in half rings.
  • We load everything into a bowl, add salt, pepper, narsharab and all the spices.
  • Let it stand a little, marinate.
  • Then we set the Extinguish mode, pressure 3, 40 minutes by default.

Note

I had a piece of lean pork, I decided to make meat with prunes, although the prunes were pitted, with a bone that was more aromatic, tastier.

It's not fair! I also have pork with prunes today. Why shouldn't I brag about my recipe?

A beautiful and tasty recipe turned out

Boast, boast. The recipes are different. I made this meat the day before yesterday, today I only got to put my hands out.

And today I have a pork leg with prunes, though in Oursson in Belobok I made ham, stuffed with pickled prunes and walnuts, ground with garlic. Oh, and tasty, and juicy, and the ham was lean. Well, I'm very happy with MV. I cooked on the Cook mode, time 1 hour 40 minutes, pressure 2. But I had to pour 1 liter of water. Tanyulya, and the meat in 40 minutes probably became soft ...?

Well, my sooo happy, the soft meat is saturated with juices. Parkeshenka got the same, already rumbling.

: hi: Yes, I would love to show it, but I have aple laptop, it seems that everything can, but I can not do anything with it. The son keeps promising to deal with him, he works a lot and it is inconvenient for me to constantly ask him. For now, take my word for it, it turned out beautifully, in one piece with dark inclusions of prunes in a halo of ground light walnuts. In gave out I'll try to take a picture and show it.

Tanyulya, Tatyan, I want to make this yummy in Shtebka - but what is the regime and pressure there? I can't figure it out ... Meat, probably? Is 40 minutes too long for pork? And the pressure is 0.7?
Tanyulya
Olya, on Meat it will be the most. 40 is a bit too much (also a set and release of pressure), 25 minutes and enough is enough.

OK, got it, chief! : girl-yes: So I will, thanks!
Tanyulya
Olga, good luck!

Narsharab - what is it? How can you replace it?
Admin

Narsharab - sweet and sour pomegranate sauce. Pick up something else sweet and sour, such as plums, and adjust the taste with sugar.

Thank you.
