Halva cookies

Ingredients

flour 300 g
yogurt 2 glasses
sugar 2/3 cup
eggs 3 pcs.
margarine 180 g
baking powder 2 tsp
halva 200 g

Cooking method

  • Grind softened margarine with sugar, add eggs, fermented baked milk, halva mashed with a fork. Mix. Add flour mixed with baking powder. Mix everything. I did not mix it very thoroughly, the halva was also with pieces. The dough is liquid, like pancakes.
  • You don't need to grease the waffle iron, the dough is already greasy.
  • I baked Oreshek-4 in a waffle iron. Can be in any other like thick waffles. Or like muffins in the oven (haven't tried)

Cooking program:

Waffle iron Oreshek-4

Note

It was necessary to dispose of chocolates from halva in chocolate, which no one wanted to eat for some reason. They turned out to be about 200 g.
The recipe was pulled from the Internet, changed for yourself. The author suggested it as a cupcake recipe. I didn't want to heat up the oven, so I baked it like cookies. It turned out a lot and tasty

and halva is felt? interesting...

and in a pancake you can?
Kasanko
my halva was poorly crushed, so it is felt. more nuts are felt, halva with nuts was
I don’t know about the pancakes. she was busy with squash pancakes, she was afraid to think and confuse what to pour where
the cookies are soft, you can try in a pancake maker - pancakes with halva will be
Manna
And I thought about a cupcake, only mnu is mute halva

and my halva, on the contrary, was lying around. now it will be necessary to buy specially
lillay
So I immediately thought about the cupcake ... I need to buy halva and make it!
Is the recipe for the cupcakes the same, unchanged?
Kasanko
The same, unchanged, this was the original cupcake recipe
Manna
Today I baked such cookies and muffins. True, I greatly corrected the recipe (kefir instead of yogurt, butter instead of margarine, and the proportions are somewhat different)

I liked the liver baking better (faster somehow)

Only after a couple of hours they turned green from the inside

I liked the taste. But due to the fact that the livers, and especially the muffins, have turned green (looks like mold, if you don't look closely), I will not do these again. It's dumb: you bite off a cupcake, and it's green inside

I don't even know what caused such a reaction. What do they add to halva?

This is yeah! And I already bought halva for cupcakes, and here it is ...
Have the cookies turned green inside too? or just cupcakes? In theory, cookies should not be, because they are fried more.

Yes, no, do not be alarmed. This, perhaps, just happened to my halva. We can, she has something like this in her composition ... green when interacting with something or from heat treatment
And my muffins and cookies turned green. It's just that you can see it better on the muffins - the insides of the muffins are larger, but I made the cookies in the waffle iron, they are quite thin.
lillay
manna ! Okay, they calmed me down a little ..... and since I already have everything you need for baking, I will make cupcakes as I was going. Hopefully they don't turn green ...
Manna
Well, only I wrote about greening, so let's hope that this is only an isolated case.
Manna
Today I looked. The livers are no longer green (where they were, the greens, they turned yellow, like immediately after baking). And the cupcakes are green anyway. I assumed that they turn green from moisture. I laid out a piece of cake to dry. I'm waiting for what will happen
lillay
the green cupcake will dry, turn yellow and turn to yellow croutons pechenyukh ..

I’m thinking, maybe it’s from licorice. Because I don’t even know what else could change color like that. Licorice is red. These red blotches turned green

And the cupcakes are still very green So ... if you bake with halva, then liver is better
Manna
Well, here I am with the result and conclusions.
Immediately, I strongly apologize for these photos, but suddenly someone will help

It's a cupcake a couple of hours after baking
Halva cookies
And this is after drying
Halva cookies
Yeah, it's still green, even though it's already a crouton.

And now the liver
Halva cookies
In the middle, those that were immediately and all the time dried, and outside, those that did not dry after baking and lay below.

My conclusion is this: so as not to turn green, bake only the livers and dry them immediately, store them dry with ventilation.

Well, about halva. It was the halva of the Azov factory.

By the way, on the forum there is a recipe for a cake with halva - it is also green. And this, if I'm not mistaken, is the trick of this cake.
