I found myself a clone Magitec MT 7713
simsim
Maxima MBM-0219
I have this particular model, I really like it, although I have not used others. It turned out all at once, on the first try, according to the recipes given in the instructions and the attached booklet. It can also be used for preparing second courses. I mainly use various types of bread for baking, including according to recipes from this site. I especially like the sequence of bookmarking products for baking: first, everything is in a heap, flour is on top and yeast in a hole (dry fast), and I read it from others, and there you need to down the flour, and then distribute the rest around the corners - in short, a continuous haze

Girls, here, too, became the owner of such a bread machine Maxima MBM-0219, who knows, tell me how it is in everyday life, good or not, never just used such things and where can I find simpler recipes for it?

Kind people! Help!

So I have my first experiments with a bread maker Maxima mbm-0219 , first bought, and then went to read reviews, there are few of them and mostly not funny, I read about the problems with the bucket and try not to torment him (I will not cook jam - that's for sure).
My stove has 14 programs

This is the second bread according to the same recipe, but replaced 20g of wheat flour with bran
Bread maker Maxima MBM-0219 - reviews and discussion
I baked with pressed yeast, the first 2 bread turned out to be pretty good, and then the roof began to fall ...
Replaced yeast with dry PAKMAYA and the roof remained in place
The bread maker is good, the sides of the bread are wonderfully ruddy, the main magic is in the bun, the oven is not responsible for the quality of products and overdose ...
I managed to try the bakery REDMOND RBM-M1902, I came across an unsuccessful specimen, in the main mode, 15 minutes before the end of baking, HNN caught fire with a squeak and after that no signs of life except these letters and a squeak, no manipulations with the buttons and the cooling of the device helped ... They returned to the store and instead just according to the characteristics on the box they took Maksyusha.
Not in the description of the table of modes per minute, but in the process of getting to know the furnace it becomes not an important drawback.
I scanned the instructions and recipes, if necessary - ask, I will send.
Persian
totoshkaThank you in advance! I honestly dug the entire Internet in search of, there is nothing on Maxim, only the beginning of the instruction, which ends on the 9th sheet.

Thank you, but there are nuances. I am completely unaware of, for example, what to first load into the oven, liquids or mixtures? Is it critical?
And yet, there are two shovels in the kit, small and large, which one to plant for bread?

Even about water in recipes, after reading the forum, I realized that many manufacturers have mistakes in the recipe, I found just such an article about the ratio of water to flour with a table by which it is convenient to check the amount of water

The correct ratio of flour to water is most important when preparing to bake bread. Of course, at home, you cannot always get the perfect result, since the flour itself has different moisture content, and the absorbency of different batches of flour is different, but, fortunately, deviations of 5-10 grams are quite acceptable. Use the table of ratios of flour and water, and then you can safely invent your own bread recipes and even improve others.

RATIO OF FLOUR AND WATER
Types of bread Wheat flour in% Rye flour in% Total flour in% Water to flour mass in%
Rye flour bread gr. grinding - 100 100 80
Rye bread - 100 100 78
Rye bread 10 90 100 76
Rye-wheat bread 20 80 100 74
Rye-wheat bread 30 70 100 72
Rye-wheat bread 40 60 100 70
Rye-wheat bread 50 50 100 68
Wheat-rye bread 60 40 100 68
Wheat-rye bread 70 30 100 66
Wheat-rye bread 80 20 100 64
Wheat bread 90 10 100 60
Wheat bread 100 - 100 58

Calculation example No. 1

You took 600 g of wheat flour. This is 100%. This means that you need to take 58% of 600 g of water (600 divided by 100 and multiplied by 58) We get 314 ml.

Calculation example No. 2

You took 300 g of rye flour and 200 g of wheat flour. Only 500 g. This is 100% flour. Of these, 60% rye and 40% wheat. Then water needs 70% of 500 g.

(500 divided by 100 and multiplied by 70) We get 350 ml. water.

Remember that adding different fillers to flour can significantly change your water requirement. So, dry ingredients, especially bran, require an increase in the dosage of water, and juicy fruits and vegetables, on the contrary, require a decrease. The amount of adjustment is determined empirically.

Persian, of course, I'm not special, but maybe a small spatula, not for dough, but for example for cooking and jam / jam modes
There are special shovels for rye bread, but they are kind of shaped like a comb

Yes, there was one big one.I am on guard, if it rises quickly, then I open the lid, mainly the shades turn on when the time is a little over an hour. Here is my today's garlic, I put dill in the dough, and greased it with garlic on top with oil. In the test, I didn't like the taste of garlic at all. Truth again managed to watch, opened late.

I had no luck at all with the choice of a bread machine, yesterday I noticed that a bucket was leaking, a drop of carbon was hanging from the back of the blade drive until 2 weeks had passed since the day of purchase, they decided to return this miracle of technology ... burns out, there was a burning smell for a couple of minutes at the start of baking ...

I am still experimenting with the attached booklet, children eat half of a roll at a time while fresh. I didn’t buy an expensive one, I decided to try it for now. I am a pastry chef myself, so let them eat homemade bread, at least I know that there is nothing of chemistry there.

An acquaintance bought me for 10, calls and cries that nothing happens, I sent a photo of bread, I "cried". She called the store, she was told that they would only accept it back if it was not in operation, in general they refused. I had to try remotely together, it turned out that I hadn't figured out the scales, I didn't have much flour. Now it's okay, yesterday I already made 5 buns, one in a slow cooker.

It seems to me that at the moment of kneading, the shaft with the blade is walking and something has time to leak, the trouble is that it is baked to the shaft inside the drive and the whole structure stops rotating ... in general, I decided not to wait for this moment and was reinsured ... and there is no warranty repair service in our city - another headache. Issued a refund and took Scarlett, by the way she baked the cake perfectly according to Maxim's recipe.
there are topics on the forum about breakdowns of bread makers, everything is described in detail about the problems with the bucket, I wish you not to face this!

It's good that we figured it out, but with an obvious malfunction, the store should not refuse, especially the oven is under warranty ...

I have a question about the operation algorithm of the Maxima MBM-0219 bread machine. After the bread is ready, the oven should, according to the idea, turn off automatically and the "Work" indication goes out. Or you have to watch when the baking time is over. Is it so?
totoshka
viknik8, When the baking is over, the bread machine will beep and after that the heating will automatically turn on, so it is better to immediately turn off the bread machine (by long pressing the start / stop and unplug it from the socket) at the signal and take out the bread.
More details are described in the instructions, with 10 points in each mode of operation
viknik8
Thank you, I've already figured it out, but I don't understand the color (light, medium, dark). I expose it light, but it turns out almost burnt. We have to turn off the stove for 10 minutes. before. It burns more from below, because there is no fan like in Toshiba.
totoshka
viknik8How many reviews have I read from the owners of different bread makers, everyone has different crusts, someone complains that they are too pale, others are very fried, they are unhappy, and almost everyone does not have a fan, apparently it depends on automation, there are bread makers where you can program your mode in time each stage, then you can probably reduce the baking time ...
MAXIMA's crust really roasts very well, I now have a SCARLET, her bucket walls are thicker, maybe because of this the crust is different, I bake only on medium, I like the result, I haven't tried the light yet ... and the more sugar, the darker the crust

The LG stove worked for 11 years. Alas, all good things come to an end. I bought Maxima. To be honest, the first 2 breads turned out to be pancakes, or rather, thick flatbreads. Naturally, a strong disappointment. Then I read all the recipes and realized what the problem was. In the old oven, everything was given in cups and spoons, the recipes were very convenient. And here everything is given in mg, that is, the flour must be converted first into volume.

I decided to make a table of all the recipes for the book, so as not to bother in the future and .. grabbed my head - a mistake on a mistake. On one page, 1.5 g of yeast - one and a half tablespoons, on the other page, 3 g of yeast - 1 spoon .. So I can advise those who have just bought a stove to first figure out the correct norms and ratio of products, then bake bread.

The third bread was baked with rye. I did it by eye. I overdid it a bit with water (when I started baking, the top sagged a little), but overall I'm very happy - unlike the old oven, rye bread rose very well, to the top of the bucket. Perfectly baked, crusty crust, not overcooked. Although I had to cut it almost immediately after baking, without allowing the loaf to cool down, the softness adhered little to the knife, which is a rarity for rye. I liked it very much at home. The only thing - I took the norm of salt according to the new recipes - (1 tsp per 900g), it seemed a little bland (in the old bread maker, the norm was 1.5 tsp per 680g)

Girls, help. I bought myself a bread maker. I am trying to bake according to the recipes presented in the book. Nothing works. I do everything strictly according to the recipe, I measure the weight on a kitchen scale, I put everything in a strict sequence. The first time the bread was kneaded, rose, but not baked to the end. The second time, it was baked even less, there were damp places near the shoulder blade, although I kept it in the oven for another 40 minutes, and today it did not even rise properly, a lot of flour remained. What is it, or am I so armless, or a bread maker with a marriage ?! It turns out that the time included in the program is absolutely not enough for full baking. What to do?

This usually happens when the bread stops standing, the temperature drops and the roof falls. I have already noticed according to several recipes, so I keep the lid open for half the proofing time so that it does not rise so quickly.More yeast, warmer water also speed up the fermentation process
