Ingredients

Yogurt* 400g.
Wheat flour (I have 1c) 300g.
Wheat grains 50g.
Rye grains 50g.
Fresh yeast 3d.
Salt 10g.
Muesli (I have with an apple) 100g.

Cooking method

  • Dissolve yeast in yogurt.
  • * Yogurt (not drinking) can be taken either natural or with additives. I had 50:50.
  • Grind the beans in a coffee grinder. It is better to do this in advance so that the flour is saturated with oxygen.
  • Mix until smooth with other ingredients. The dough is viscous:
