Omelushka! What gentle !!! And gurgles and pictures!
What do they look like? Taste?
Omela
Lenchik,
Husband grit are like soft biscuits. They are not very sweet, for lighter lovers, sugar can be increased.

Nuuuu, when I rolled it out, I didn't measure it with a ruler. I wrote approximately. And they rise very well. I went to measure the finished one - 2-2.5 cm.

Omela, thanks for the recipe! In search of a less high-calorie, but still tasty, recipe for scones, I met your option. When cooking, I made some changes to the composition and amount of ingredients:
baking powder for dough - 1 tsp,
frozen lingonberry - 80 g,
milk was replaced by 50 g of sour cream 25% + boiled chilled water to a total weight of 125 g (when mixing, I added about 2 - 3 tablespoons of water). Before baking, I smeared the surface of the scones with water and sprinkled with a little sugar. Baked for a little longer ~ 30 minutes. According to her husband, the scones turned out to be slightly leaner than according to their favorite recipe, but also tasty.
