Ingredients

Minced meat 500 gr.
Rice 5st. l.
Onion 1
Garlic 1-2 slices
Beans in tomato sauce 1 can
Eggs 4
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Boil rice, chop onion, mix with minced meat, salt and pepper. To beat off the minced meat (when I read the advice from the cook to beat off the minced meat, that is, you take a bun of meat, pick it up and throw it back into the bowl. Since then I have been doing this, the minced meat becomes a slightly different consistency, you do not need to put eggs in it)
  • Form meatballs. Pour a little oil into the multicooker pan, fry the meatballs a little so that they grab. Turn over, add a couple of cloves of finely chopped garlic and fry on the other side.
  • Add a can of beans (I had a can of Bonduelle Barbecue Bohnen,), stir a little, you can add a little water.
  • HP 5 min.
  • Bleed off steam, stir. Gently break the eggs between the meatballs. Close the lid and HP again for 5 min.
  • Do not relieve the pressure, wait until it is relieved.
