Condensed milk 0.5 cans

Ground walnuts 1 glass
Seedless raisins 0.5 cups
Glaze:
Butter 100 g
Honey 2 tbsp. l.
Powdered sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Water 2 tbsp. l.
Cocoa 3 tbsp. l. with a slide

Cooking method

 • I want to share a recipe for a delicious cake. The “blonde in chocolate” in our family is another symbol of the New Year. The same as Olivier and tangerines. How many times it has not been baked, it is always invariably beautiful. So let's get started.
 • Dough:
 • For the dough, 150 g sour cream, 1.5 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. soda (without a slide) mix (do not extinguish soda), add ½ cans of condensed milk, 3 eggs, 2-3 tbsp. l. cocoa and beat with a mixer. Without stopping whisking, add 1.5 tbsp. flour. Divide the dough into two parts, bake 2 cakes. I baked in a Brand pressure cooker on the baking mode for 45 minutes.
 • Here she is, my dear!

 • The cakes turned out like this:

 • Sometimes the finished biscuit can fall off a little. There is nothing wrong with that, the cake still turns out to be tall and delicious.
 • Cream
 • For cream 900 g sour cream (fatter, I have 25% fat), beat with 1 tbsp. sugar and ½ can of condensed milk. Add 1 tbsp. ground walnuts and half a glass of raisins.
 • Assembling the cake:
 • We coat the first cake with cream, break the second into pieces (let the cake cool before assembling).

 • We put the pieces of biscuit on the oiled cake, as shown in the photo (a layer of pieces - cream, a layer of pieces - cream).

 • All pieces of biscuit should be covered with cream. Do not spare the cream. For greater juiciness, the first cake (base) can also be cut into 2 parts and soaked in cream. After collecting the cake, put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Before glazing, the cream should set a little.
 • For the preparation of glaze 100 g of butter, 2 tbsp. l. honey, 2 tbsp. l. powdered sugar, 2 tbsp. l. water, 3 tbsp. l. (with a slide) mix the Golden Label cocoa and boil over medium heat until the desired consistency. The glaze has a rich dark chocolate flavor. If you like your icing sweeter, reduce the amount of cocoa to 2 tablespoons.
 • We take the cake out of the refrigerator and pour it generously with hot icing. This is how it looks to me:

 • Put the cake in the refrigerator again for 6-12 hours.

We put the pieces of biscuit on the oiled crust, as shown in the photo (the layer of the pieces is cream, the layer of the pieces is cream).

Apparently, you have the following code
[li] [/ li]
[li] [/ li]
[/ list]

It must be removed. And the font is increased by the code
[/ size], where 10 is the font size (10 is standard for this forum).

Very appetizing cake, I will definitely try to cook it! And if you do not cover it with glaze, and then my son does not like it?

manna, thanks! tomorrow I will deal with the code.

Delicious cake !!!! Especially when everything is soaked. Om-Nom-nom. I sometimes add dried apricots or prunes to the base cake.

That's for sure! Once the cream turned out to be watery - it seemed the cake was gone and could not be restored. But when the cakes were soaked ... mmm! ... Perhaps, it never tasted better.

The girl has a very tasty cake ... or rather a very tasty biscuit! I don't even break it into pieces, but just leave it with cakes. I soak the cakes with sour cream and sugar and cream: condensed milk + butter ... Delicious ... This is generally a recipe from Soviet childhood ...
