*******************************************

For 2 weeks now I have been bugging the Internet for a New Year's gift to my family and the family of my son.
Yesterday I accidentally bought a Redmond 4502 at an indecent (at the moment) low price of 4990 rubles. going from Moscow.
I confess that I did not take 2 at once, because they are no longer there.
will have to take a more expensive second. or take the M70 there a little more expensive (but cheaper than everywhere else by 2000 r)

but I'm not talking about that.
surfing the Internet in search of information on multicooker, I naturally bumped into the mention of talking cuckoos (at indecent prices, and even not Russified) and U700 borks (there is nothing to say about the price - deep space!).

and yesterday I came across Element FWA 01 PB El, which appeared in only two Internet stores (by the way, today it’s already in three! progress!).
the exterior is quite slightly changed from the borck.
design is just something alien!
and all such Russified and induction.
just lovely in general.
only that's the price. just 20,000 rubles.
not like Bork's!

only nowhere are there any reviews on it.
apparently there are no owners.
and if there is, then they are uncommunicative.

ahem .. Thanks of course Luysia. but, this is so unexpected (your magic wand)! And beautiful!

trtvk And what's the problem then? Cuckoo CMC-HE1054F 21 490 rub
ZY A Element is our Roseysky "brand" like Bork and production is still Cuckoo
Nymph
Apparently I will be the first to test this unit - well, or one of the first.
This is called - be afraid of your desires - they can come true.
Recently, wandering around the Internet, I was looking for a gift for the day of jam, my eye caught on this little thing, well, the devil pulled me by the tongue in front of my relatives to admire this cartoon (space view, interesting modes) and I also asked questions on the website of the online store - and they in response, the instruction was posted on it. But it's a little expensive, and it's not yet run-in, and I decided to use the Brand's pressure cooker almost, but apparently not destiny ...
Well, in general, yesterday I was informed that they ordered it for me as a gift
I am almost fainted - an unknown thing, expensive, we do not live in Moscow, how will we serve, if what? there are no replaceable bowls, well, in general, you understand everything
I don’t know whether to be happy or cry - although so far I’m more upset than happy
trtvk
These are relatives! Well done just!
Don't drift! Everything will be okay.
Bowls, service - everything is secondary. The multicooker is primary.
And the bowls will appear in access (if they are needed more, or maybe one can be dispensed with).
What about the service? For such a price, it should be a unit with awesome reliability! Otherwise, we will glorify the manufacturer in the internet to the whole world!
Favorite
Unfortunately, I disagree that the higher the price, the better. Practice proves the opposite.
But that's not what I mean.
I think that any multicooker is a HELP. And to figure it out - you will figure it out, do not worry, and the modes are almost all the same, the recipes on the forum are "cook, I don't want". Dare, tell us about this wonderful unit. Good luck.
Nymph
Finally my gift mule came to me.
Now an ordinary biscuit is baked in it. Fried potatoes today. It was fried very delicately - that is, not over-fried oak, but not boiled, but with a crust and fries - that's what you need.
This is Dashing. The box has a corresponding inscription.
I have never held a multicooker of this class in my hands, neither Kukushek, nor Borkov, nor Orsonov, that is, I have nothing to compare with. But it looks very solid and high quality.
The pan weighs 1.697 kg. With handles.
Upon opening, there was a slight smell of a new thing. There was no smell of plastic, wires and, in general, any foreign smell during cooking. That is, I didn't have to weather anything.
I'll post the photos later, if there is no blockage at work - or rather this morning
Nymph
julifera Thank you!
I will master. The first impression is like a big black egg.
so far I like everything very much
the pie popped out of the bowl excellently. Despite the fact that I interrupted the program and opened the lid several times, my biscuit was not a donkey - the toothpick hopelessly drowned.
The truth is still nakosyachila - overexposed and the bottom is darker than necessary - but nothing stuck and there is no concrete crust - that is, yes, it is clear that it was necessary to take it out early, but only the color changed - everything is soft, even in overexposed form.
You can immediately see that my new unit is a real man - I start to respect
Nymph
trtvk, irman - thank you, thank you very much for the kind words and kind attitude

I will try to insert pictures - and it will become clear why the egg.
and little green men - well, if I get another job, then little green men are definitely provided for me without any multicooker
Here is the mulka itself in profile

and here is the first pancake - almost lumpy. My husband looked at him thoughtfully and said - probably the last hour was still too much - but almost everything had been swept away - and you can't feed mine anyhow

I can't relate to the pictures - maybe I'll figure it out a little later
Geo
Good day everyone!
Nymph CONGRATULATIONS on a good purchase.
I think it's not worth worrying about the quality, since it's Lihom, but nothing at least. This model is produced for the states under the Cuchen brand WHA-LX 1000 ID.
I myself became the owner of such a miracle last week, it's a pity that while there is no opportunity to roll it in, I only managed to boil it: rice, buckwheat and potatoes, I liked everything.
The build quality is good, the smell of plastic is absent, it cooks quickly because it is also a pressure cooker. But the question is, is it possible to somehow turn off the valve in order to cook in multi-cook mode without pressure?

And try to press the Cancel button within 10 seconds after the Multipovar starts - it may work.

So Cuckoo-1054 is also induction, in Technopolis in Caravan it is almost always on sale.
The truth is not as pretty as this

I report on the experiment performed:
After starting the mode, I counted 10 seconds - I pressed cancel - the indicators woke up again - turned the knob to the "open" position - but then the mule issued - turn the knob on the lid to the "closed" position - and then - "cancel cooking" - all this time the mul also sawed
that is, I could not deceive him

You do not need to count down 10 seconds, you need to have time to press Cancel within 10 seconds after pressing Start.
Moreover, you can quickly press Cancel 1 time, and if it does not work, then try to hold down Omenna for a couple of seconds.

But you need to have time for all this in the first 10 seconds !!!
In this case - do not touch the handle at all - let it remain closed!
Tanyulya
Nymph, Congratulations! I looked at this cartoon on the internet. So Lihom, I could not find a manufacturer, a good company.
I am sure that you will make friends with her.
julifera, but here the heating elements seem to be "softer", although the induction heaters are fried more.
We look forward to your feedback.

julifera, but me here the heating elements seem to be "softer", although the induction heaters are fried more.

So yes, tenderness can be done in ten, and frying, especially evaporation of liquid, is ideal on induction
And I also like to make the first dishes at induction - they boil quickly, and languish quite well on the Warm Up.
Nymph
Tanyulya, Thank you! Yes, for some reason, until you buy this cartoon, you never know the manufacturer - such an incident. I even asked a question on the online store forum - they didn't answer me anyway - they just said that it was Korea and that's it.

Now I did it - I did not wait for 10 seconds immediately after STRT - I pressed cancel - he immediately reports - canceling the preparation
maybe wrong and what she did - but it seems to me that it is simply not provided for by him.

And yet - he fries tenderly and lovingly - she fried potatoes. Here is Redmond, although it’s a shady fry, be healthy, if you gape you can brown it very much - I didn’t notice this right away - although I fried it only once - I still have to try it - practice will show.

Of course, I have nothing to compare with at all - in terms of the fact that I have neither Cuckoo nor Orson, but I did not have a feeling of aggressiveness, any - yes - I cooked the meat faster. But the lid is clean, that is, there was no particularly violent boiling.
The pilaf turned out to be also very tender and without frying - although the program is very tricky and I missed the moment of laying the rice - everything turned off - I was finishing pilaf on the Loose cereal program - it turned out magically.
The pie was also very similar to the panasonic one came out - despite the fact that it was clearly overexposed - it was not dry, tender and did not fall off, although it interrupted the program 3 times - I watched what was there
Tanyulya
Margarita, it is very interesting to watch the development of the multicooker. How does the steam release take place? Do you have a voice guide? How is the multi-cook time? how much did you get so much or otherwise ??
Nymph
So about the modes - now I'll write the time intervals from the instructions - I have an instruction in PDF format - I can send it to the mail or give a link to the online store forum - if it's possible - and if they haven't removed it from there yet - they posted it there because I asked too many questions
Milk porridge - 25 min sensory program
Paste - 5-30 minutes (the default is 10 minutes)
Stew - 10-90 min (default 40 min)
SOUP - 10-90 min (default 60 min)
Pilaf - 80 min - sensory - a very tricky program in several stages - under pressure only the final part after adding cereal - but they called me and I didn't have time to fill up the rice at the right time - the program turned off
Soft groats - 30 min - touch
Balanced groats - 35 min - touch
Loose groats - 50 min - sensory
Frying - 10-90 min (default 20 min) - if you turn the knob on the lid when it is open, it will fry with the lid open, if you close and turn the knob, it will gain pressure
Extinguishing - 10-90 min (default 40 min)
Languor - 1h-12h 50min (default 6h)
Double boiler - 10-90 min (default 25 min)
Bakery products - 10-90 min (default 50 min) - bakes without pressure
Chef - 10-140 min (default 50 min) temperature 50-130 * С, step 1 * С

The time that is set at the start of the program is total - that is, it is already together with the pressure build-up and steam release. That is, it is enough / not enough to figure it out ourselves - but I like it. Yes - there is a chatterbox - until it bothers me - then I can turn it off - when I completely master it.
5 minutes before the end of the program (anyone who cooks under pressure - I used to think so - now I noticed that the signal is heard on any program) a weak sound signal is heard - apparently at this moment the mule begins to prepare for the release of steam. Then, when the display is still lit for 4 minutes, it says a warning about the release of steam - immediately on the display the time changes by 3 minutes (that is, in fact, the release of steam starts 3 minutes before the end of the program). Steam comes out for 1.5-2 minutes (when my radish is steamed - then it seems to me that the steam is coming down no less completely) - when the steam is finished - 1 minute remains on the display until the end of the program - well, and then he solemnly announces that the dish is ready ...
Then it goes into the keeping warm mode - you need to turn it off yourself - it does not turn off in advance
Nymph
Girls who need or are just interested can send instructions if you write your email in a personal.
The mule really likes it - it is easy to master - although she did not hold a pressure cooker in her hands at all.
As soon as there is time to master uploading pictures, I will definitely show the results.
because my biscuit "my second chance" is ready time was 45 minutes - chuuuut - well, just a drop darker. what I need - the "my third chance" biscuit will be baked for 40 minutes - I think that's enough

By the time 1010 and ourson are similar, but still closer is Oursson, here the Chef is present, there is your choice.
Ourson Pasta does not have such a variety of cereals.
Natali78
Good evening everyone! I also look at it, but the price is a little scary, and in the reviews I found that the baked goods are not baked, and the porridge burns. I would like to hear the opinion of those who already have the good fortune to use it.
Nymph, thank you very much for such detailed descriptions! Do you have any complaints now? Have you tried making porridge? In one of the reviews it is written that: "after two weeks the plastic ring burst in the place where the lid is inserted into the groove at the bottom, we sealed it with super glue,". Do you think this ring is flimsy enough?

Another question about working with Internet shops - tell me, they have no warranty for the equipment, do I understand correctly? and if something happens, say in a month? in six months? where to go with her?
Nymph
I will repeat myself here. I'm happy with the multicooker - I cook almost everything in it. These are my second hands.
There is simply no time to figure out how pictures are inserted here.
I didn't cook porridge. The biscuit is very good, everything is baked.

Regarding the mou ring, I can only say that if you start to insert it incorrectly, it will not fit into the grooves - most likely it was - so they pressed well - but you just can't push it there - that's what it cracked. But to glue the ring with superglue is like that without comment, I mean.
There is a guarantee.
Natali78
Nymph, thanks again!

Another question from my dad: how is energy consumption going? how in the electric oven? but it also turns off periodically as it heats up. And a slow cooker? Judging by the induction heating, all the time it is on, it consumes energy, and judging by the power, equal to a kettle or microwave?

Nymph, please tell me how long it takes on average to cook:
-soupa
- biscuit
- meat?
Nymph
Natalya, I did not compare the stove and the cartoon in terms of the cost of electricity. Unfortunately, I cannot say anything about this.
But in terms of cooking speed:

soup - 40 minutes I cook the broth on the "stew" mode + I throw vegetables for 20 minutes on the same mode. If the borscht, then I report the beets after the dish is ready and leave it to go, do not turn off the heating after the end of the regime for 10 minutes.

biscuit - 40 min. I wanted to try 35 minutes - I haven't had time yet. But even for 40 minutes - it will turn out well - mine just like the crust to be paler.

meat - cook kusman 600-700 gr. 40 minutes on "stew" mode - it turns out very soft. I always bake with a crust - I didn't bake one meat - but still 35-40 minutes.

Right now, meat and potatoes are being baked. I will report on the results later.
In general, I came to the conclusion - this mulka itself prescribes the pressure - in each mode its own algorithm and its own pressure - since steam in some modes descends in the middle of the program - then it is cooked at a different pressure or without it at all. This applies to the Soft Croup and Balanced Croup modes.

Natali78
Thank you. How do you calculate all this? Is there an indication of what to bet on? I'm kind of scared to think about it, but where do you get the recipes and time plan? empirically?
Nymph
There is no recipe book for this multicooker. All by scientific method. But you know what I noticed - programs have a default time - as a rule, it is quite adequate.
I made the baked goods less than the default.
And there are a lot of recipes on the forum. You can take recipes for Ourson, Cuckoos, you can see the Brand. You just need to understand the principle of operation of this particular device - then you can safely take recipes from other quick-cookers and adapt to your own.
Since there are no ready-made recipes for this particular model, so I spend about multi a little more time, but over time they will appear and work out to automatism. But this is the case with any multicooker. Whichever one you buy - you will have to get used to any - even to Panasonic
Natali78
Nymph, and you don't post your recipes anywhere?
What will be the difference in the recipe for different CFs? Only in time or are there any other specific moments?
Nymph
So far I am not spreading it anywhere - at home there is a small force majeure. I can't devote more time to the forum yet.
How everything will settle down - I will definitely post it here.
Each multicooker cooks a little differently. How many models - so many features I think.
For example, Panasonic has no equal in baking, but I will never fry in it.
Again, the principles of operation are different - because different cooking algorithms. That is, the programs can be called the same, for example "Frying" - but the algorithm in each model may be different, therefore different multicooker will be fried differently - one more intensively, the other more delicately.
Something like that.
Nymph
Natalia, I haven't ruined anything yet - and my ones are still fussy
And then - here my first multicooker was Panasonic - there are a lot of recipes for it - and I got a good biscuit (so that it was impossible to tear myself away from it) only the third time.
So the multicooker is just a device that will make your work easier.
I have not yet had fatal failures with this multicooker - and there have not been any non-fatal ones. but for the first such device, it is likely that it is a little complicated
Natali78
Is there no bread machine function in Element? only baked goods?
Nymph
only baked goods
and what do you mean by the function of a bread machine - kneading dough? different baking modes?
in almost all multicooker there is only a baking mode - one single one. my opinion is that it is better to have two cleaners - each for its own purpose.
Nymph
Be patient a little, there will be recipes. I do not post it yet for several reasons:
1. hasn't worked completely yet - there is an improvisation in the process - but it hasn't spoiled anything yet, everything is delicious. And what has worked - for example borscht - is either not photographed or poorly photographed.
2.I still have a big problem with time - a first-grader son who suddenly fell ill with dogs, three jobs, I was almost taken away for souvenirs, what are the recipes for the forum
I'll scatter the problems and lay it out without fail
Natali78
Yes, there is no hurry, we will wait and try it for ourselves. And you - to quickly deal with the difficulties and cure the dog! We ourselves only got out of otitis with my spitz, I know how it feels

And another question - do the soups turn sour after cooking in it? found several complaints about this
Nymph
Thank you! Let's get well.
I usually cook soups late in the evening, pour into a saucepan in the morning. Nothing turned sour even once. But I take it out of the multi - that is, the night is on the hob. I do not have a silicone lid, I covered it with a regular A4 sheet of blank paper.
lungwort
Dear girls, I have a multicooker-pressure cooker Oursson 5005. I choose my second MV, but after Oursson I find it very difficult. Oursson is pleasant, only the moment with the covers is annoying. It seemed to me that Element and Oursson are both from the same casket, only the Element is more sophisticated, with induction. Maybe I didn't get everything right. Curious about how she fries and works at Bakery?
Tanyulya
Natasha, one manufacturer Lihom. And on Element we will wait for the owner, only she can explain. The main thing is to understand which bowl, how the valve is arranged. And the baked goods should be normal, I baked in a cuckoo, it seems normal, although (I mean 1054) some of them burned on the oven and roasting.
Nymph
Girls, dear ones, I went to figure out how to upload pictures here. On a friendly forum I have laid out everything - but there apparently very few people are interested in this cartoon.

lungwort - I have the same impression that Element is a more sophisticated analogue of Ourson. I read the topic about Ourson - it feels like about my Element.
It is simply impossible to fry to an oak crust in it, it bakes well - I made a biscuit for 40 minutes, it rose 7.5 cm, the crust below is soft, not burnt, but for me it can be brighter.
But my personal opinion is that nothing bakes better than Panasonic. I made biscuits back in Redmond and in the Element - here they get denser. In Panasonic - they are straight air-air.
But the biscuit from the Element also flew away quickly - that is, it still turned out delicious - albeit a little different.
Now I am puzzled by the same problem - I want a frying multicooker, I feel sorry for frying in the Element.
All - I went with the pictures to figure it out

Please tell me, we want to buy a slow cooker on NG, my wife is leaning towards some brand 502, but I liked this one more (though the price tag is 16800). and my question is - is it possible to make yogurt in it?
Nymph
gh0steg - the lowest possible temperature in this multicooker is 50 * C - for yoghurt this is very high - for yoghurt you need 38 - 42 * C. Of course, you can contrive with a strong desire.
in my opinion, for the first multicooker, Brand is the very thing. 501 or 502 are both good.
For a beginner, this multicooker may seem difficult to use, I started with simpler models - and then, having already decided what I was specifically missing, I wanted Element.
Nymph
lungwort, they brought me 501 Brand today - now the lemon is steaming in it. I will experience - both baking and frying - I have the same Wishlist as yours - so that I bake and fry.

In Panasonic, I just only bake - and even on little things - boil eggs, steamed sausages, porridge if a little, in general you can't fry in it, yes, and he does everything else very slowly. Panas - my first cartoon - studied simple. But the biscuits in it are truly magical - they fly away in 15 minutes.
lungwort
Margarita, well, I really love baking (and bake is). My dream is a gorgeous biscuit. It turns out very well in the oven, but not great. I thought that in Element baking would be better and more active frying. But the pressure regime is somehow clearer to me in Oursson. I wonder how the pressure in the Element is regulated? I am very happy for you, the new slow cooker is always very interesting. Then share your impressions, I hope.
Nymph
In the element, the pressure cannot be adjusted on my own - but I can't get it.
I have a feeling that on different programs and the pressure is different, because on some programs the steam is released in the middle of cooking, then there is an exposure - then a few minutes before the end of the program - the pressure is completely released and the program ends its work - i.e. That is, it is recruited and released according to its own algorithm - it is difficult for me to imagine how, in that case, this pressure could be adjusted, even if there was such a possibility.
Frying is very gentle - the maximum temperature at first, it seemed to me so, and then lower - that is, as it was fried at first - then you can't squeeze out more from it.

Here is the answer of the company's representatives on temperature in different modes on the Yandexmarket:

Milk porridge:
1) Cooking time 25 minutes
2) Temperature reaches 95 ° С
Paste:
1) Cooking time: 5-30 minutes
2) The temperature reaches 130 ° C
Cook with the lid open
Stew:
1) Cooking time: 10-90 minutes
2) The temperature reaches 110 ° C
Soup:
1) Cooking time: 10-90 minutes
2) Temperature reaches 95 ° С
Pilaf:
1) Cooking time: 1h - 1h30m
2) Temperature:
Stage 1 - frying (~ 120 ° С)

Wow, but it seemed to me that Baking in Element 160gr. C. Clever multicooker, decides for herself what pressure and when it is needed. It's a pity that you can't track the pressure change. An interesting slow cooker, but the oven, as I understand it, will be in Panasonic. Element and Oursson are similar.
Nymph
Natalya, I'll bake in Panasonic, mine only crack biscuits from it - they completely refuse others.
But the pilaf in the Element is simply magical. I don't know what kind of pilaf is in a cauldron, but I've tried many different recipes for pilaf, both in my own performance and not in my own - that's just awesome in Element.
Different pressure algorithms on programs with cereals - I tried both crumbly (side dish) and balanced (for rice on sushi) and soft (rice porridge on water is like baked in a cast iron) - all these programs work in different ways in terms of recruiting / relieving pressure + different holding time - but for each, the result pleased
