Salmon salad on a fur coat (portioned)

Ingredients

For 6 servings:
Fillet of lightly salted salmon (I have smoked) 300 gr.
Large potatoes 1 PC.
Medium carrots 1 PC.
Medium beet 1 PC.
Eggs 1st grade 3 pcs.
Green onion 3 feathers
Mayonnaise + sour cream 100-150gr. mixes

Cooking method

  • I recently found this salad on the net. And since my husband is very fond of, just loves the salad "herring under a fur coat", I decided to cook this option. As it turns out, this salad is very familiar and loved by many. And he already tried to establish himself on our site, and even take part in the competition, but was not properly designed. Therefore, I take the courage and spread it from myself. If this is unacceptable, please delete the moderators.
  • Boil potatoes, carrots, beets and eggs in any convenient way. And grate all but one egg on a coarse grater. Grate the third egg on a fine grater, separate the white from the yolk (this is for decoration - optional). Finely chop the onion. Cut the salmon into cubes. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream - the dressing is ready.
  • In the original, the salad was collected using a "turret" ring. But I’m not getting a salad ring. But it was decided to serve it in portions anyway, collecting it in whiskey glasses (you can use small salad bowls).

  • We lay the prepared ingredients in layers, alternating each layer with a small amount of dressing:
  • beets - carrots - potatoes - eggs - onions - salmon. Decorate as desired (I decorated 1 egg + parsley with grated whites and yolk).
