Sauce "Krasnodar"

Ingredients

Tomato paste 200g
Applesauce 250g
Water 50ml
Freshly ground black pepper 1/2 tsp
Ground cinnamon 1/3 tsp
Ground nutmeg 1/3 tsp
Garlic 3 teeth
Vinegar 9% 2 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Switch on MV "Steam cooking" 1min. In a saucepan, applesauce and tomato paste diluted with water. Close the lid. While waiting for boiling, put spices on 4 layers of gauze, secure by wrapping with thread. MV pickled up, put the spice bundle in a saucepan. Set the "Extinguishing" mode. After 10 minutes, add chopped garlic and pour in vinegar. Switch off the MV after 5 minutes. Take a sample for salt and sugar. If necessary, correct: sugar is included in applesauce, and salt in tomato paste. Remove the spice knot. Pour the sauce into a sterilized 0.5 liter jar.

I prepared applesauce, but where besides pies, bread and just eat it, apply it. I remembered that applesauce is part of the sauce. I rummaged through the Internet, found recipes from tomatoes, tomato juice, which must be evaporated. It is better to dilute the paste to the desired thickness. I did it on trial, it turned out great. The amount of finished sauce can be increased by keeping the proportions.

I found the recipe very well - the apples ripened, now I think that there is no problem to do it. Apparently ... you need a lot of mashed potatoes
