There was 600 grams of flour, but 400 grams is needed. We divide what we need to get, to what is in the original base recipe. 400: 600 = 0.666666666666666666 ..... Your reduction factor is 0.67. Or 2/3 of the original data. Multiply the weight or volume of each ingredient in the recipe by the resulting reduction factor of 0.67.
2 teaspoons x 0.67 = 1.34 teaspoons.
Wheat flour 600 grams x0.67 = 400 grams
eggs 3 pieces x 0.67 = 2 pieces
Water (with eggs) 300 ml x 0.67 = 200 ml.
Powdered milk 2 tbsp. spoons x 0.67 = 1.34 tbsp. spoons.
Vegetable (or butter) 2 tbsp. spoons x 0.67 = 1.34 tbsp. spoons.
Raisins 100 grams x 0.67 = 67 grams
Honey 2 tbsp spoons X 0.67 = 1.34 tbsp. spoons.
A pinch of salt.
That's all!
