chicken fillet 200 BC

Cooking method

  • 1. Boil the chicken fillet in salted water with your favorite spices. Cut into cubes.
  • 2. We make Korean carrots according to our favorite recipe, or take a purchased one.
  • 3. We clean the pomegranate.
  • 4. Pour raisins with hot water and let it brew. I took blue raisins, as they are more suitable in color for a salad.
  • 5. Cheese (preferably hard varieties) rub on a coarse grater.
  • 6. You can buy croutons, or you can make them yourself (fry the bread in a skillet, adding a little butter, salt, spices).
  • 7. We spread the ingredients in the form of a rainbow. You can add, quite a bit, parsley.
  • Knead the salad after serving.
