Cow-cow pie in the Oursson multicooker

Ingredients

flour 300 gr.
sugar 100 g
butter 200 gr.
egg 2 pcs.
cocoa 40 gr.
baking powder 1 package (16 gr.)
Filling
sugar 100 g
egg 3 pcs.
cottage cheese 500 gr.
cream 33% 200 gr.
vanilla sugar 1 package (10 gr.)
butter 40 gr.
pudding 1 package (36 gr.)
salt pinch

Cooking method

  • For the dough, beat butter and sugar, added eggs, then mixed dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, cocoa. I separated a piece from the resulting dough to decorate the top. I distributed the rest with my hands along the bottom, approaching the side to a height of about 4-5 cm, approximately the thickness of the chocolate dough was about 1 cm along the entire perimeter.
  • For the filling, I mixed the grated cottage cheese with a blender with the rest of the ingredients, it turned out to be a slightly liquid cheese mass, pour it over the chocolate, I got it flush with the side. Roll out a layer of the remaining chocolate dough, you can tear it into pieces, I cut it out with a mold and put the cheese mass on top. After the end of baking, open the lid, cool slightly without taking it out of the saucepan, then carefully remove it with the help of the second tier of the double boiler. Cool before serving, it is better to cut it no earlier than 4 hours in the refrigerator.

Inside, you get a curd soufflé, if you cut it ahead of time, then the beautiful pattern will be broken, and it will simply float.

I did this on Tuesday, only the recipe on the "slow cooker" is slightly different (by the number, the ingredients are the same) - I kept the shape well and did not drip (I took 10% cottage cheese), although I cut it right away

I know how delicious it is, but you (or anything else) is still so beautiful. And most importantly, thanks for adapting the recipe for this model.

But the photo of the cut reported, it is better not to take me to the photographers, but for the report.

Harita-n,Thank you very much for the inspiring recipe, although my first cow came out lumpy ((the curd filling remained liquid (I didn't find the "pudding", I took "curd" for casseroles; the curd itself is 0% - is this the reason? I wanted to increase the baking time ..)
I had to leave the finished cake in the multicooker bowl, and use a silicone spatula to extract portioned pieces into the light that are very different from your ideal photo)) it's still delicious! But also, in my opinion, a bit too much dough, which remains a little dry ...
I want to try this recipe with Philadelphia or Mascarpone ..
Harita-n
Fata verde, I can agree that the chocolate dough was too much and it would have tasted better if it were not so dry, I think that the baking time could be reduced. There are also recipes in which pudding (starch, pudding base) should be replaced with gelatin. The cake was kept in a saucepan until it cooled down, but removed from the multicooker. The center of the pie looked a little more wet, but when I tried it with my finger I was holding the mold, I think it’s almost impossible to get it neatly cut into portions in the multicooker itself. In your case, I don’t think that the fat content of the cottage cheese matters, another question is the quality of the cottage cheese itself (maybe it was very wet or today it’s not a secret that the products are falsified with the help of additives). But with Philadelphia or Mascorpone, I'm not sure how they will behave during heat treatment, after all, cheeses with a high percentage of fat.
