Yes, I also really want to see at least a photo of a bowl, or even a multi photo for the first time I see such a large and clear. In one of the Odessa online stores, they appeared without a photo and a normal description at all ... but the price is 461 UAH like

I haven't really looked at anything yet. but the first impression (in the store) is very positive. I feel there will be a worthy company for my perfezzers (albeit for a while).
leafed through the instructions. there are no recipes, but everything is clear.
I was very pleased with the correct tips for making yogurt.

Of course, I will try to tell everything in detail and understandably (I seem to be able to do that), but now there is too little time. so I will gladly accept advice and ideas.

where do we start? from baking? or from pilaf?

That pilaf seems to work everywhere. Baking is a sore point in cheap cartoons, as I understand it. I'm for baking.

With your purchase!
rusja
Polinka, URAA, our pioneer is already multicooked And I am for BAKING, at least the simplest one, for example, charlotte with apples or Shrimati on the edge
azaza
Hurrah! Happy new girl, Pauline! Don't let the saucepan disappoint.
Yes, let's get some baked goods. And also decipher the manual mode - what temperatures are set, what step.
And the size of the saucepan - is it standard?

agree. it was still doubted in the beginning. Now you won't surprise anyone with good pilaf in a slow cooker.

Why not? I talked about them. Only to them you immediately need to buy a stainless steel, which significantly affects the price. Plus the menu - in Orion in English, in Perfezka almost everything is tied to rice. Mom needed the cartoon there as a gift, and these moments strained you.

Well, yes ... As a result, we ordered Phillips (analogue of Dax 50), expensive, because that was almost nowhere to be found.

ABOUT! And today I wanted to see what number this clone has, and I have not found it anywhere. So that's it! Well, damn it, this Phillips is a politician! Neither myself nor people. I mean, Dex was banned, and they themselves are not sold.

girls, OUR cup !!! well, in the sense of perfezzo-auror-orion. fit perfectly. it was my first quirk - if the cup did not fit, I would give it back. I like it to be interchangeable to the maximum.
the quality seems to be a little better ... although "a little" is not considered - the quality is the same ... in general, it will need to be updated.

pictures will be. I click at every stage. only you need to stick tags to them, I don’t want my children's feet to go to internet shops again as in the order of things.

Multicooker Shivaki SMC-8351

the equipment is as usual, but for some reason a metal double boiler with legs was added.
Multicooker Shivaki SMC-8351

one of the important points for me is the size of the bowl. Lucky - the bowl is exactly the same as in Perfezz, Auroras and Orions. and stainless steel fits perfectly. only in shivaki there is a specific structure of the lid, and therefore, if there are waves on the upper rim of the bowl, you have to twist the bowl and select the optimal place - otherwise the lid will not close.

Multicooker Shivaki SMC-8351

removable cover. not like perfezz. more like a removable lid in a pressure cooker - sits on a special pipette. so far I didn’t really like it, but I don’t think this is a fundamental point. the valve, as I understand it, is not removed. and indeed, instead of a valve, there is just a hole in the lid.

Flax, Dex's bowl is not just better, it is even beyond comparison. But the price jumped insanely. I, of course, am not indifferent to Dex, but to be honest: now I would probably take Shivaki plus two spare tires from Polinka, non-stick and stainless steel. The set would still be cheaper than 60s. No, really. More than a thing is too much.

I just looked at 5ok, of course you can rummage ... ... not to find and scare, of course it's better, I saw it in Phillips and was stunned - I couldn't compare. but also the price .... and I bought a separate bowl from Paulie and ugh ugh, I fry it, I bake life, I’m happy and I bought a stainless steel, I put it on the floor!

So, I started my acquaintance with Shivaki with the baking mode. In this multicooker it is called BAKERY PRODUCTS.

The mode is provided for preparing various muffins, biscuits, cakes.

In terms of temperature, the mode was very reminiscent of my Perfezza - quite powerful. But in time there was a pleasant surprise. The default time is 50 minutes, but it can be adjusted up to 2 hours 55 minutes. This is of course very convenient, given that most of the pies are cooked for 80-100 minutes - you will not need to run and turn on the mode a second time.

Multicooker Shivaki SMC-8351
***************************************************************

Then I decided to try out the mode PORRIDGE.

The mode is intended for cooking cereals, milk and other cereals.

But I didn't manage to cook the milk porridge calmly. When using kitchen appliances for the first time or learning new modes, I am always there. So I kept a close eye on Shivaki with milk porridge. The experiment, of course, cannot be considered completely clean - the milk was frozen, but all the same ... I looked into the multicooker every 10 minutes, at the 30th minute the milk began to foam very strongly. I had to turn off the mode, and for a long time violent boiling was noticeable. Poorly. But I'm persistent, I'll try again.
From the pleasant, in the PORP mode the default time is 40 minutes. The time can be changed up to 2 hours.55 minutes

***************************************************************

I just can't hear the multicooker signal. Either it is not there, or it is very quiet.

***************************************************************

Just met the regime SPAGHETTI... Well, what can I tell you ... Now the morning stormy milk porridge does not seem to me an accident. The pasta was poured through the valve with a fountain, the multicooker and the surrounding area is flooded with water. There is a suspicion that my Shivaki is overheating so generously.
I have already encountered this. Last time everything was decided peacefully - the service admitted that the device was not working properly and could not be repaired. I was just offered to choose another product. But this was a different store. OK let's see. The morning is wiser than the evening.

And yes, she still has no signal. I just don't know if this is provided by the manufacturer or I'm just so lucky.

***************************************************************

The multicooker also has such modes:
BUCKWHEAT - for the preparation of friable cereals.
Roasting
BAKING - for making cheese and vegetable casseroles, omelets. It is not clear why there are two similar modes ... BAKING and BAKING. I doubt that this slow cooker (and any other) is so smart that it keeps a different temperature for omelets.
STEAM BOILING
EXTINGUISHING
SOUP
WARMING UP
YOGURT
MANUAL MODE - for individual settings. In this mode, the cooking temperature is kept at about 100C. Only the cooking time is regulated within the range of 10 minutes. up to 2h. 55 minutes

We will gradually analyze all modes in detail.
azaza
Huh, so what's the point in manual mode, if only time is set ?! It is successfully displayed on other programs as well. Still, I wonder what "about 100 *" means. In Dex-60, for example, Milk porridge is declared 98 * - also like about 100. And I personally boiled the milk at 100 * manual settings - the milk was not so much boiling as it was "breathing". Maybe you can also try milk on this manual mode?
In general, of course, it is insulting. For some reason, I expected miracles from Shivaki. Apparently, the approach of the New Year begins to affect

Today I decided to check the regime YOGURT.

In this mode, you can cook both homemade yoghurt and fermented baked milk.

To begin with, I poured plain water into the bowl and turned on the mode. After 30 minutes, she came up and stuck a regular body thermometer into the water. I have it electronic. The thermometer showed - 42C. It seems to be no worse than in other devices. The default time is 6 hours, can be changed up to 8.

I put in yogurt, let's see what happens.
SupercoW
Yesterday morning I decided to test the YOGURT regime in Shivaki. Everything is as usual, boiled milk from the refrigerator, add the dry starter culture previously diluted in boiled cool water, stir everything well, put it in a slow cooker, close the lid and turn on the YOGURT mode. I decided to increase the time, just in case, to seven hours.

After four hours I start looking inside - everything is unchanged. Five hours later - a plump yoghurt structure is already in the bowl. I gently transfer the bowl to the refrigerator. And after three hours I get a delicious, dense yogurt.

Multicooker Shivaki SMC-8351

So that's great! We did it with yogurt.

I just don’t understand if this is so conceived or if this is an action especially for me. I personally don't care about this moment, but those who have it as the first cartoon will probably be uncomfortable.

the buttons are simply pressed. under the sound of pressing.
azaza
Clear. Well, not such a big drawback. In my 60s, I have a sound that is, that it is not - such a quiet one that you move two meters away from the kitchen, you can no longer hear it. At first it was uncomfortable after 50 - she loudly declared herself so, without embarrassment and looking back at the sleeping people. And Dex-60, apparently, for families with small children, living in the same room with a multicooker. And right now, it's nicho, it has adapted, the voice seems to be like without any special need. If only she cooked well.
