  • This is one of our family's favorite goose or duck recipes. It was once read in an old Soviet culinary book.
  • We cut the poultry into portioned pieces, salt, add your favorite spices, crushed garlic. We leave for an hour. Then fry the poultry on both sides until golden brown. We put it in a brazier and fill it with beer to cover the meat, simmer until tender. Occasionally I stir the pieces as I cook.
  • Simmer until tender.
  • At the same time, I make sure that the liquid remains somewhere around 1/3.
  • 15 minutes before cooking, add finely chopped onion and quarters of apples. Simmer until the apples are cooked.
