Seabass with vegetables

Ingredients

Seabass 2 pcs.
Fresh rosemary (leaves) 1 st. l.
Fresh thyme (leaves) 5d.
Garlic 1 tooth
Olive oil 40g.
Capers 30g.
Salt pepper taste
Pepper* 4 things.

Cooking method

  • Clean the fish, remove entrails and gills.
  • Finely chop the rosemary and thyme leaves, pass the garlic through a press.
  • Grind herbs, salt, pepper in a mortar, add olive oil.
  • Spread the resulting marinade on the fish outside and inside and put in a baking dish.
  • Peppers (* or other seasonal vegetables: squash, eggplant, tomatoes), peel, chop coarsely enough and place in a mold next to the fish. Add capers, pour over marinade.
  • Seabass with vegetables
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200C for about 40 minutes. Hold the fish under the grill for the last 5 minutes.
  • Delicious!!!!
