Puffs with spicy breast

Ingredients

Finished puff pastry (2 sheets) * 500 gr.
Egg (grease the dough) 1 PC.
For filling:
Chicken breast 1 PC.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Bavarian sweet mustard 1 tsp
Cream 10%, olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
Salt, pepper, curry taste
Fresh parsley

Cooking method

  • 1. Wash and dry the breast. Separate meat from bones and cut into cubes. In a deep bowl, season with salt and pepper, add curry, mustard, olive oil. Finely chop the onion. Fry the breast with onions in a dry, well-heated skillet for 10 minutes. Pour in the cream and simmer until the sauce thickens.
  • 2. Defrost the dough. Cut into a square with a side of 6 cm. Using a sharp knife on each piece of dough, mark an inner square with a side of 4 cm, without cutting through the dough to the end.

  • Brush with an egg and bake in the oven at T = 200aboutFrom 10 minutes.
  • 3. Cool the finished dough pieces a little. Carefully remove the inner squares of the dough to create square "cups" with an empty center.

  • 4. Stuff the puffs with the fried breast. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley. Top can be covered with the remaining "lids" of the dough.
  • Serve warm!

Very appetizing! I love these things with different fillings. I always make it to the table for the holidays, though always, so to speak, the classic version: a round cake, a yolk - a second cake with a hole on it .... dreary and with "waste". But to such - the brains were not enough to think of. In my opinion, they are much easier to do. Thank you so much !
