Cooking method

Making cupcakes (12 pieces):
Beat butter at room temperature with sugar. Add eggs, beat.
Add flour, salt, baking powder, beat. Add milk, stir.
Bake at 200^aboutFrom 20-25 minutes. Readiness is determined with a toothpick.
Glaze (to decorate all nesting dolls, you need to make this glaze 2 times):
Sift the icing sugar into a bowl, add soft butter, milk and vanilla extract. Mix with a mixer until smooth.
We divide the resulting glaze into parts and paint in the colors we need. My pink color is strawberry syrup, brown is cocoa, black, peach, green and yellow are food colors.
Decoration:
Decorating a cupcake with just a spoon is not very convenient, well, for me personally. I made pastry bags from regular lunch bags. Convenience is also that you don't need to wash their work field.
I thought for a long time how the nesting dolls would look. In the end, I decided to make two options: with a "skirt" and completely covered with glaze. Since the glaze will begin to melt from the warmth of the hands, it was decided to use ordinary skewers for convenience. And the "skirt" is made of ordinary thick paper and painted parts.
To give the cupcakes the shape of nesting dolls, you need to glue them together with chocolate. We heat the chocolate in a water bath. If the cupcakes are baked with a large round "cap", cut it off a little and flatten it. Glue the two halves together. With a knife we make the upper part rounder and smaller.
Well, now let's start drawing. If the icing on the cupcake starts to flow strongly during the drawing process, remove the cupcake for 5-7 minutes in the refrigerator.
