Pilaf with shrimps (Kromax MC-31)

Ingredients

Peeled shrimp (you can still salted red fish) 200-300gr
Long grain rice 2 mst
Carrot 1 PC
Bulb 1 PC
Red bell pepper 1 PC
Water 4 mst
Salt taste
Fresh greens taste
Turmeric, oregano, black pepper taste
Garlic taste
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l. (more is possible)

Cooking method

  • Pour oil into the bottom of the bowl. Put chopped onions, carrots and bell peppers into it (I don't fry vegetables, they then at the end of the program and so brown).

  • Put the washed rice on top of the vegetables. Salt, season with turmeric, oregano and black pepper. Pour warm water over the sides of the bowl.

Note

If salted red fish is added to the pilaf (we had trout), then we do not add some salt to the pilaf. The fish is added already at the steaming stage.
