Ingredients

Flour 3 cups (450g)
Sour cream 200 g
Milk 120 g
Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
Salt 1.5 h spoon
Sugar 2 tablespoons
Yeast 1.5 h spoon
Hard cheese (any) 100 g
Vegetable oil (grease the dough) 2 tablespoons

Cooking method

  • We put the products in the bread maker according to the instructions without cheese and oil for lubrication. We set the "pizza dough" mode. I have it 1.50 minutes. When the dough is ready, divide it into 3 parts - 1 part - the size of a tangerine, 2 other large and equal parts. Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out 2 layers (about 1 cm thick). Grease with butter and sprinkle with cheese grated on a coarse grater. We roll up the rolls. We cut each into 4 parts (a total of 8 parts) and put in columns in a bread maker. Roll out the remaining small piece of dough and cover the top of our bread. Next is the "baking" mode. The bread is ready.
  • The recipe for the dough itself was taken from the same place 3 years ago and was actively used for all 3 years. Unfortunately, I don't remember the author. The rest is my refinement. Instead of cheese, you can take mashed potatoes. It turns out also delicious.
